Hemos comprobado en horas muy tarde/prematuras de la mañana, y tuvimos un problema con el pago, que el bloque de recepción no estaba seguro de cómo resolver, ya que normalmente no manejaba los pagos, etc., sin embargo, la habitación era muy limpia y agradable. La cama era muy cómoda. Las habitaciones superiores parecen ser ligeramente diferentes, pero son todas agradables

Simple but lovely hotel. Right in the centre of all the local amenities. Loads of parking available right outside the front of the hotel. Get yourself in the coaster opposite the hotel live singers and cheap drinks in the daytime.

A big shoutout to Pete for upgrading our room as a complimentary gift for my birthday! Although one of the reception staff didn’t offer us an early check-in and simply told us to leave our bags and come back at 3 PM, we later noticed that the next guest who arrived was accommodated and allowed to check in early. Otherwise, our overall stay was pleasant

Reservé una habitación con cama doble para 2 días, pero antes de llegar el primer día, vendieron la habitación para el segundo día a otra persona... Finalmente, después de que se negaron a reembolsarme, me dieron una cama individual. ¡Qué desastre!

Nice decor, clean and good sized rooms. I stayed on the top floor. Great view from room and sky bar :-)
I will definitely return if in Liverpool for business or leisure with family (interconnecting rooms available).

A lovely Hotel just a 10 minute walk from Sefton Park a nice clean room I had a great sleep nice & quiet,had to park on pavement but no big deal a very safe area I would book again .

Hi, as we were leaving the hotel today I mentioned the cost of our stay was £193.50 for a one night stay with a continental breakfast! There was no kitchen facilities to offer a cooked breakfast or food. I feel this is soo expensive, your sight had no mention of the kitchen being closed or the replacement of a cooked breakfast with a basic continental option. I also mentioned the room 208 was tatty with stains on the carpet, the toilet roll holder was hanging off the wall. It was mentioned that because Everton were playing at home that’s why the cost went up!! I understand economics but to increase the cost by nearly £120 is ridiculous. We have stayed at the Aloft on a number of occasions but feel we won’t be returning in a hurry. Can you please look into my comments. I would appreciate some form of refund or compensation. AAbishaOn arrival, the receptionist was pleasant. No issues directing me to my room. However, once in the room, when trying to open the window, the top handle broke off in my hand. The cold water for the sink was not working, so I had to use a shower for cold water. There were also stains in the pillow. The TV had no service, and although I informed the receptionist but nothing was done. I was advised that they would inform the manager.
Overall, for a night stay, it was ok, but I will not be staying here again.

UUsuario invitadomy wife and I had a very enjoyable weekend break at Ropewalks. the hotel was centrally located, which suited us as we were away without kids and wanted to make the most of that. breakfast was your standard fare, but there was a chef cooking to order. the service staff at breakfast were excellent. would recommend for a boozy city break. thr hotel is neat to a lot of late bars and night clubs which was noisy and may be an issue for some travelers.

UUsuario invitadoLa habitación de la habitación es muy buena. la limpieza fue la primera noche, el desayuno fue abundante, la matrícula en la habitación era en realidad una de las matrículas más cómodas del hotel que he permanecido en y pensé que nos daría una linda noche de descanso antes de nuestro festival pero en el mal La habitación está muy bien, pero no es muy fácil. No se detiene, puedes oír todo el coche, cada camión, cada moto, cada cuerno cada motor zoomando toda la noche! apenas dormimos un pico!! Se nos rompió el día siguiente. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer. They know this is a issue and have been trying to get something implemented from the company to solve this issue as it's not just us who have complained about this .. Y desgraciadamente no me quedaría aquí hasta que se resuelva el problema y tuvieron las ventanas triples para reducir el ruido de lo contrario preferiría reservar otro hotel sin los problemas de ruido para poder descansar una buena noche ..

I travelled with my 11 year old grandson, I booked us a twin room, which we got. Unfortunately, the room was an adjoining room to a double and the ”activity” noises from the other room were so bad that we checked out at 11pm as I didn't want my grandson to have to experience that. It literally sounded like they were in the room with us. I would perhaps suggest that in the future you look at your guest list and unless adjoining rooms are with the same party, where children are in a twin, look to accommodate the couple in another part of the hotel where possible.
I was disappointed that we were expected to pay £5 each to use the pool as I have never stayed at an hotel where it is not included in the room price.

All the staff were really friendly and helped as much as they could. The night Duty Manager was especially helpful and empathetic to my room dilemma but was unable to find us an alternative twin room, only a double which was not appropriate for us.
We ate in the bar and the food was exceptional although a little pricey.
The location was good and the hotel was easy to find. Be careful when you leave as there are two speed bumps on the exit, and no matter how slow you are going, it feels and sounds like your cars insides are dropping out.
Rooms were spotless and beds very comfortable.

UUsuario invitadoWhen we arrived, we noticed we had been given a far inferior room than we've ever had before. The view was terrible. There was no fridge which we have always had before and the room looked 'tired'...in need of TLC.
I went to reception to tell them I was not happy. Anyway they did sort it. Gave us another room with a better view and the young girl on reception brought us an old, but working mini fridge.. so it worked out OK in the end ( I need a fridge to put some of my medication in.) Another lady on the desk was very curt when I said there was no fridge and stated....not all rooms automatically have a fridge in them. Sorry but I thought they did.
Whoever makes loose leaf tea in the restaurant needs to learn it is 1 tsp of tea per person and 1 for the pot. In this case 3tsp of tea and not half a teapot full. I kid you not. See pic below. We got a refund for some of the tea, but nit for the cream tea my friend had. My friend had ordered a cream tea and me, just a tea. Yet they brought a pot of tea for 2, which is the wrong etiquette for an order like this. Hence we only got 2 cups out of it, because of the amount of loose tea in there.
I think I have been spoiled by the superior standard of the rooms, when we have stayed before....I just presumed all their rooms would be like this

The hotel is a not an out in the town centre but not too far out. Most places are a 20/30 min walk. Breakfast was nice and the decor is also appealing to the eye.

UUsuario invitadoWe loved this hotel and would definitely stay again. Fantastic location and the room was large, clean and had everything we needed. The bedroom had ambient lighting which was nice until you need to put make up on. It lacked lighting and a mirror for getting ready.
When we arrived at 3 we were told the room wasn’t ready. We, along with several other families had to wait half an hour. It would have been a good idea to offer drinks while we waited.
Breakfast was good and plenty of choice.
