Lovely place to visit, central to everything. We requested a room overlooking the lake which we got, and the room was very quiet. No noise for above thankfully. Only downside was the window wouldn’t open and the pillow were too soft (I sound like Goldilocks!). Brekki was lovely, lots of choice. Would defo come again (that was our 2nd visit).

Great location for the theatre and right in the centre of things. Loved the valet parking too which saved time fighting the parking apps - £20 per stray. Immaculate hotel, great furnishings and everything you could possibly need for a great breakfast. All the staff are super friendly and professional - I highly recommend this hotel.

Fantástico pareja mi amigo era muy pobre en la mañana. Eran tan útiles en ayudarme a bajarlo las escaleras y ayudarlo en el coche no puedo agradecerles lo suficiente. Estaba aquí algunas veces y la habitación era grande con una terraza en el jardín tan ideal para nosotros con mis 2 nietos y para tener un café en la mañana fuera Siempre recoger este hotel en vacaciones en Southport Gracias de nuevo a los propietarios por toda su ayuda y apoyo hoy Además, muy agradecido por cambiar mi habitación a la habitación del jardín, así como 100% dado para este hotel y los propietarios 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Hotel amplio y muy limpio. En el centro de Liverpool. Sin duda, volveré a alojarme allí. Es una maravilla por el precio en comparación con otros hoteles.

Quirky but in a good way. The receptionist correctly confirmed that my booking was for a standard double room, so when I opened the door I was amazed to find a huge room with two double beds and a single and enough empty floor space for another three doubles. My amazement continued when I walked into the bathroom (again huge) with two large spa baths (I later tried one - very relaxing). The site has a lot of history having been a country house, home of a German princess, Jesuit retreat and an RAF leadership school. Set in several acres of grounds which also made for a pleasant walk after an enjoyable dinner. I’ve sometimes paid more for a Premier Inn or Travelodge.

La habitación de la habitación es muy buena. la limpieza fue la primera noche, el desayuno fue abundante, la matrícula en la habitación era en realidad una de las matrículas más cómodas del hotel que he permanecido en y pensé que nos daría una linda noche de descanso antes de nuestro festival pero en el mal La habitación está muy bien, pero no es muy fácil. No se detiene, puedes oír todo el coche, cada camión, cada moto, cada cuerno cada motor zoomando toda la noche! apenas dormimos un pico!! Se nos rompió el día siguiente. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer. They know this is a issue and have been trying to get something implemented from the company to solve this issue as it's not just us who have complained about this .. Y desgraciadamente no me quedaría aquí hasta que se resuelva el problema y tuvieron las ventanas triples para reducir el ruido de lo contrario preferiría reservar otro hotel sin los problemas de ruido para poder descansar una buena noche ..

The spa was nice, but the bed had bed bugs, and I got bitten. The shower didn’t have a handheld option, and the water pressure was poor. I checked in at 11 AM, which was fine, but when we returned at 9 PM, I mentioned to the reception that we needed the beds split, but that never happened. The manager came over and started complaining. I reminded him that our request had been confirmed in the morning. He was a bit temperamental at first, but it calmed down when I asked for an extra duvet.
