No issues with room, comfortable bed. Issue after checkout as the hotel called and left a message asking for money for an adjustment on the booking that I didn't make. I did atrempt to correct my name as it showed up as Newma not Newman, but that's a correction not an adjustment that should cost money when it wasn't my mistake. Also when I checked in it still showed up at the hotel as Newma, so the correction hadn't been made.

A 10 minutos en coche del centro de la ciudad hasta el hotel. Es muy práctico si tienes tu propio coche. El lugar es decente y tranquilo. Ideal para disfrutar de un breve descanso en un entorno silencioso y con un personal atento.

Had a great time staying in this hotel this was in fact our second time here! We did have to make the child’s bed up ourselves as it wasn’t ready but reception was quick to help, apologised and this was a very small inconvenience and did not have any impact on our stay.

From the time we arrived staff were very friendly and always willing to help. Excellent facilities and the rooms were clean and tidy. Only stayed the 1 night but will definitely stay again

Everything about the hotel is amazing but the WiFi and network needs working on. Best hotel, Best location, close to the city centres, close to the bus station, close to the train station

Everyone , the receptionist, the staff included very polite and helpful. I enjoyed the bar and food . The rooms are comfortable . They have a pool and spa.  I just didn’t get to go  It looked inviting., there  are towns and parks an Uber away . There is also a small path around  Hotel to take a short walk .

I only needed the room for 1 night, so I wasn't too fussed about the 'Lovely' view out of the window. The room was a bit dated, but quirky, with out of shape walls. The restaurant looked nice, but I didn't stay to eat.

Beautiful hotel. Room is spacious and bedding very comfortable. Bathroom can improve in particular splash from shower n wetting the floor. Staff overall very nice and polite. Waiting staff in Brasserie Joanne and Megan are particularly impressive in accommodating customer’s requests.
