La habitación es muy buena y limpia, que siempre se aprecia. El personal no hablaba inglés, pero podíamos comunicar con un traductor. Eran útiles y siempre en buen estado de ánimo. Está muy cerca de la estación de autobuses del sur. Algunos buenos restaurantes cerca.

Amazing decision to go to Yinchuan for Dragon Boat Festival since it has the best weather and the cleanest city in China. Kempinski in this city is one of the best. The hotel is in the middle of the city, so there are multiple destinations to tour. For my trip, I did not go to the sand dune area. I focused on the ride share to the touristy movie film park snd neighboring theme town. The hotel is also near the growing 801 Creative Park, Night Market, and just a walk from the Ningxia Museum. So many more local and traditional spots. Bring an extra shopping bag. The hotel has a great view of their master plan development, delicious food options from the cafe to the German restaurant, and coffee/tea lobby lounge. The staff is bilingual and the grounds are immaculately clean. Sleeping and facilities really comfortable. Nicest locals all around. Thank you for a great stay.

Es grandioso, los niños jugaron muy feliz, quería reservar el hotel Stars, sin habitación, viviendo aquí, el director resolverá todos sus problemas en cualquier momento, hay un transporte de coche para entrar y porque mi hijo es más de 120, después de comunicarse, nos envió los billetes de fuego de la pradera del lago, Muy personal, muy bien comunicado, vamos a llegar a un buen corazón, muy caliente, muy bueno, delicioso! La fiesta de la cena de la bombilla de fuego es excelente!! We came to visit my mom who was unexpectedly hospitalized. The hotel is right across from the hospital. This is a brand new hotel. The staff, Ms. Candy Wang, had excellent attention to detail and service mindset. I told Ms Wang just incidentally that we were only there for a night but may need to extend it on demand due to family care requirements. Ms Wang gave me an upgrade to a bigger room in case my mom needed to come in to rest for a while before we catch the flight home. We exercised this option when my mom eventually discharged, which I am so grateful for. Ms Wang made sure that travel and breakfast was well taken care of. She also helped me in my busy state of affairs to take care of parcels that I received on behalf of my mom. We have travelled to many places and countries. This has been the best experience ever!

Absolutely perfect! The guesthouse gave us a free upgrade because we had two doggies which was a marvelous start. I love a guesthouse who is so hospitable and puts the needs of their visitors above cost. The location is perfectly close to Helan mountain which made for a wonderful morning ride to the mountain. The free wine taste each night was most welcomed and delicious. The free tour of their wine cellar was also a lovely touch. Food was the best of the three Dalezhiye that we visited this trip. Five Star Michelin feeling in the restaurant with gorgeous views is the Helan mountain and greenery. Also close to many top vineyards in the area. Absolutely quiet and perfect for those wishing to leave the hustle and bustle. Highly recommend for a relaxing and peaceful stay in Yinchuan.

Lovely hotel near Wanda Jinfeng mall, surrounded by many pharmacies. The fruit shop downstairs called 小任果 is one of the best fruit chains in Yinchuan with a huge offering of fruits and yoghurt and nuts. We bought these to bring along for our day trips out of Yinchuan. Its nice to stay at Jingfeng district as its quieter than drum tower area. The lobby has snacks, fruit and drinks all day for guests. Coffee was super ! We used the complimentary washer dryer which is a fabulous amenity. We appreciated the free pickup at the airport which we arranged 1 day prior by telephone booking from Shanghai. The reception and the breakfast counter staff were all very friendly and helpful. The toiletries were all upmarket If there is any con - its the plump cleaning lady at the 3rd floor. She appeared unhappy when we asked her to top up the bath wash when it was low and she forgot to top up. She just handed us a bottle to install ourselves. She also didnt wipe the control panel for the room unlike her colleague who does it when she is on duty so we can see our finger prints still on the glass after housekeeping. Small issue though. Cos everything else about the hotel was great

這次入住體驗非常愉快，必須好好誇一誇！酒店整體環境乾淨整潔，公共區域温馨舒適，房間佈置合理，採光和通風都很好。床品柔軟舒適，睡眠質量很高，設施也都齊全好用，完全滿足出行住宿需求。 最讓人驚喜的是，前台工作人員小波服務特別熱情貼心，辦理入住時耐心細緻，主動幫忙解決問題，還貼心為我們升級了房型，讓整個行程更加舒心。升級後的房間空間更大，視野更好，細節處都能感受到用心。無論是服務態度還是居住感受，都超出了預期。 酒店位置出行便利，性價比很高。感謝小波的優質服務，也感謝酒店提供的舒適環境，下次來還會選擇這裏，真心推薦給大家！
