We came to visit my mom who was unexpectedly hospitalized. The hotel is right across from the hospital. This is a brand new hotel. The staff, Ms. Candy Wang, had excellent attention to detail and service mindset. I told Ms Wang just incidentally that we were only there for a night but may need to extend it on demand due to family care requirements. Ms Wang gave me an upgrade to a bigger room in case my mom needed to come in to rest for a while before we catch the flight home. We exercised this option when my mom eventually discharged, which I am so grateful for. Ms Wang made sure that travel and breakfast was well taken care of. She also helped me in my busy state of affairs to take care of parcels that I received on behalf of my mom. We have travelled to many places and countries. This has been the best experience ever!

We recently stayed at the hotel for 19 days and had a truly wonderful experience. The service from all staff was fantastic, making our stay feel comfortable and welcoming. The room was very comfortable and well-maintained throughout our visit . A special highlight was the breakfast—it was very varied and changed every day, which was a real treat during such a long stay. Every team member we encountered was friendly and helpful. We’d like to extend my particular thanks to: · The Front Desk team for their always-efficient and cheerful assistance. · The Housekeeping and Cleaning staff for keeping everything impeccably clean. · The Breakfast Team for starting each day with great food and a smile. Thank you for a consistently excellent stay. We highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to return.

It was an exceptional experience at the LostVilla. We stayed here as a base to explore all the wineries that Yinchuan/Ningxia offers. This place is well designed with a beautiful lush tropical court yard. Great food, great coffee, extremely considerate and friendly staff. Xiaoma/小馬, he was so nice, friendly, professional and proactive with all services. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thank you so much ❤️❤️❤️

Location: Great, authentic feel of the desert Activities: Camel rides, 4 wheel drive, sand slides all within walking distance (separate fees). Karaoke, trampoline for kids, fireworks (these included) make the experience superb. Staff: great service. On call all the time. Food: Breakfast provided FOC. Other meals can be ordered at the restaurant for reasonable price. Taste and flavour are good. Bonus: Many other families here so kids have mates to play with. Wifi is strong.

Pensaba que alojarme en el desierto sería complicado, ¡pero me llevé una grata sorpresa! Las tiendas de campaña estaban totalmente equipadas con aire acondicionado y enchufes, las camas eran cómodas y había agua caliente en abundancia. Además, el camping contaba con un supermercado que servía comidas calientes tres veces al día. Nuestro atento asistente, Xiao Chao, fue increíblemente servicial y nos guió en todas las actividades. Desde las instalaciones hasta el servicio, todo fue excelente, ¡superando con creces mis expectativas sobre el alojamiento en el desierto!

帶孩子打卡騰格裏沙漠入住中衞這家歡朋，體驗遠超預期。酒店公共區域寬敞明亮，採光很好，房間空間充足，配備小童洗漱用品。保潔打掃細緻，鏡面、地面無水漬沙塵，衞生標準很高。WiFi信號穩定，孩子追劇上網課流暢不卡頓。前台MGS貼心細緻，態度温和，專業高效。早餐兼顧老少口味，中西結合，還有本地特色蒿子麪。設施完善隔音佳，玩完沙子回來好好休息，親子出行強烈推薦。

Very nice of the front receptionists who helped me for check-in. They also give me a free upgrade for the room from Business Queen Room to Executive Queen Room. The room is clean - dust free, water pressure is great for cold n hot water. The mini fridge is also good. The buttons and hair dryer in the room are all in working condition. The handwash, shampoo, body wash smells great! Many local food are around this location. It’s a great stay at Crystal Orange Hotel 👍

La habitación era fabulosa, podías salir directamente a la arena y lanzarte por las dunas detrás de la cabaña. Los niños se lo pasaron en grande, no tuvieron suficiente con tres días y dos noches. La comida también era muy especial. El servicio de recepción fue excelente, si llamabas, te traían lo que necesitabas enseguida y con una actitud inmejorable. El mayordomo personal incluso me ayudó a encontrar algo que había perdido. Un agradecimiento enorme a este fantástico hotel familiar.
