Very disappointing stay We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Brussels Airport with my wife and our two children, and unfortunately the experience was far below what you would expect from a Hilton property. The room itself was spacious, modern and nicely designed, which is the only positive point of this stay. However, I had clearly booked the room for four people, and this was also confirmed in my booking. Yet when we arrived, there was only one double bed and a sofa bed — without any bedding provided for the sofa bed. With two children, this immediately became a problem. To make matters worse, the coffee machine in the room had only one paper cup and no proper mugs, which feels very cheap for a Hilton hotel. The TV in the living area was not working at all, which added to the frustration after a long day of travel. When I called the front desk to explain these issues, the staff member was rude and dismissive. He even claimed I had only booked for two people, despite me having the confirmation clearly showing four guests. There was no apology, no willingness to help — just an unpleasant attitude. Overall, this stay felt unprofessional and poorly managed. For a Hilton Garden Inn near an international airport, this level of service is simply unacceptable. I would not choose this hotel again and cannot recommend it to families.

Ideal para viajeros de negocios. La recepción cuenta con una pequeña tienda de autoservicio, lo que compensa la falta de restaurantes y tiendas de conveniencia en las cercanías. El desayuno es sencillo, pero incluye lo habitual: pan, leche, café y huevos. Además, debido a su reciente construcción, aún se percibe el olor a muebles nuevos.

I enjoyed my stay at the Pentahotel, Leuven. The ambience is retro chic on entry. The checking in & out processes were easy. I requested for a quiet room and it was honoured so I had a good rest on days I stayed in. The location is great, close to most of the sights and a good walking distance from others. I walked to and fro the tours but I could see the buses and lots of cyclists moving around. Customer service was great. Liza was really helpful and friendly. She was mostly at the reception and always had a smiling face when responding to questions/enquiries. My room was clean and since they have gone eco green, you only request for cleaning services when needed, which I think is a great way to reduce waste. The basics were available in my room but I would suggest adding a tiny vanity kit for emergency situations. Also, the discounted coins they give upon checking in for drinks at the bar or in the lounge was a nice touch. In summary, Pentahotel is a nice place to stay and enjoy the beautiful city of Leuven. I did.

The location of this hotel is perfect if you're having a flight. I could see the departure hall from my room. The room was spacious and quiet at night. However, I do feel that the price is a bit high for what you get.

El hotel era perfecto y estaba cerca del aeropuerto con transporte gratuito, pero trip.com publicó un anuncio falso que decía que el precio del desayuno era incorrecto y que el hotel ofrecía transporte desde otro aeropuerto lejano. Tenga en cuenta que el servicio de transporte termina a las 23:00.

Recepción amable y servicial. Habitación buena y cómoda. Refrescos gratuitos (agua y cola), café y té. La habitación debería estar mejor limpia. La estación de tren está cerca del hotel. A 15 minutos en tren del centro de Bruselas.

Séjour vraiment parfait, tout était exactement comme sur les photos. La chambre est spacieuse, propre et très bien équipée, on se sent comme à la maison grâce à la kitchenette et aux espaces confortables. Le personnel est accueillant et professionnel. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et varié. Seul petit bémol : l’hôtel est situé à environ 30 minutes du centre-ville de Bruxelles, mais il est idéal pour un séjour proche de l’aéroport.

Lovely hotel in a great location for walking to all the main sights. Staff really helpful and friendly and let us know about a light show that night for the university 600th anniversary celebration - really enjoyed it! Breakfast was amazing!! Definitely worth the 25 euros. The buffet includes everything you could possibly want plus some extras like interesting yoghurt toppings and mini pancakes! Lovely grounds - too cold to enjoy unfortunately. Very clean and quiet room with huge bed so slept really well. Definitely recommended staying here!

La ubicación del hotel está muy cerca del aeropuerto, hay autobuses gratis, cada veinte minutos, la ubicación del autobús es un poco difícil para los turistas que vienen por primera vez, en el embalaje de la planta 0 cerca de la estación E periferica, cerca de la estación de tren cerca de la entrada. No hay muchos tipos de desayuno, pero el sabor también es bueno. La estancia anticipada requiere pagos a las tres de la tarde.
