For the first two days of our stay it was okay tho the people who welcomed us were not comforting as other front desk crew are but they were still nice. Once you entered the lobby it was kinda dead place, you know there are people but they are like robots. It’s kinda dead place for me. The crew at Kuya J’s were fighting over personal agendas and it was in the morning. Imagine having your breakfast and hearing those personal fights of the crews, you haven’t started your day and that’s what you hear. Also the restaurant is also stinky. It gives you the vibes of the Estero in Binondo. No joke you’ll lose your appetite smelling the area and unfortunately you have no choice because that’s where your complimentary breakfast served. Lastly, we chose azalea because of the kitchen this is technically our kitchen but some of our family were staying at henann and other hotels. And since the food was in the place some of us are going in to eat. My niece and nephew ate in our room and since it was a bit late they stayed and decided to sleep at the room. However the following events are very inconsiderate on the Azalea crews. While we were resting the guard knocked to the door with a bit escalated emotion. He told me that the phone was not ringing the front fest were calling us it might be hung or whatsoever, so I checked the phone and it was in good place then I phoned the front desk and asked why. The crew told us that we were five in the room and we were only allowed just 3. I understand the situation but I explained what’s on our behalf I told him that they were just staying because we have food here and so forth. However he told me that I’m going to pay for the extra guests who were still a children (tho still another person) but again children so I told him just wait I’ll contact my family in other hotels where they were staying so I can send them off there. While it was hard to contact them since its in the middle of the night. So I phoned the front desk again and told him to give us a little more time because of the situation in the other hotel. But instead of understanding the situation he was like “ma’am okay but in 10 mins they should be downstairs or else we’ll charge them” uhm okay okay again I understand tho be considerate they were children I know the policy but I think it’s situational that can be understood. Its like yes you have a policy but at the same time you should be human first I guess. But it brings me back to what I felt in the first days. The place feels dead because of the people whose hearts like a robot. So never again. You booked a hotel not just for the luxury but the ambiance the vibe that you feel inside the hotel but its useless if people who are running the business doesn’t have a heart like a human. There are a lot of hotel and resorts that are same rate as they have like henann, Hue, Lime, Altabriza the prices are not far from here but you should pick them rather than here a place where there’s no heart like a parents, si

El hotel está muy bien situado, muy cerca de donde quiero estar, en el centro comercial, en los centros de comidas y en los lugares históricos. El check-in fue un brisa. Me alegro de que la persona que me reservaba también fue la que me inspeccionó. Raphael era realmente eficiente, profesional y hospitalario. Se aseguró que no tendré tiempo para asegurar que mi reserva se asegura. La habitación era agradable, reservaba el estudio que tiene lo esencial que necesito para un corto estadía. We recently stayed at the Mirage Suites Hotel Boracay with our furbaby, and I must say that we had a good experience. The hotel is located in a prime location, just a few steps away from the beach, which made it perfect for taking my pet for a walk and enjoying the beautiful scenery of the island. One thing that really impressed me about this hotel is its pet-friendly policies. They allowed me to bring my dog into the room, which was spacious and comfortable enough for both of us. Overall, I would highly recommend the Mirage Suites Hotel Boracay to pet owners who are looking for a comfortable and pet-friendly place to stay in Boracay. The hotel's location, amenities, and friendly staff make it a great choice for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation with your furbabies.

I love here♥️ it feels like a chalet not your ordinary hotel👌 The place is very clean, ambiance and location is superb🌊 what is Important is the people who operate this hotel friendly and homely thank you Madam LYNETTE👏 The food are awesome the Filipino breakfast buffet that are prepared with love thank you Sir Ding, Sir Remly and Ms Malou for taking care of our daily sumptuous breakfast🍉🍎🍛☕️🍞🍳🥗 After the sumptuous breakfast is the happy hour “my most awaited time 🍻🍷🍹🍸 The LOS INDIOS BRAVOS BORACAY” The bar is just infront of the beach its just few step away to dive in⛱️ They are serving many kinds of coctail drinks that you will enjoy. Thanks Sir Michael, Sir Boyet and Sir Ding for a lip smacking concocted drinks you prepared for us🍸🍹🍻 we really enjoy really indeed enjoy boracay because we chose the best and affordable to stay❤️ Thank you white beach and for all the staff I forgot to mention😘

Estado en una de las suites lunares de miel durante 6 noches atrás en febrero. Es difícil de revisar porque no me encantó en general el hotel, pero la suite de luna de miel con vistas y el horno en el balcón está fuera de este mundo, por lo que no puedo darle 5* basándose en eso solo. El hotel está bien; el personal es muy amable, el desayuno fue un poco submarino, la ubicación es buena con un acorto que le lleva a la playa de Diniwad en 5 minutos (muy bonita playa, y fácil de caminar a la playa blanca a través del camino costero), La piscina es modesta, y hay unas pocas habitaciones para comer en unos minutos, a 15 minutos a pie del centro comercial y a la caminar de la estación 2 en la playa blanca. El resort está arriba de una colina, que puede ser un poco cansado, y luego las suites de luna de miel están en la parte superior, así que es un viaje para llegar a ellos, pero es tan valioso cuando estás allí. El hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad, y el hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad. Me alojé aquí por 2 noches y 3 días, cómo decir: La ubicación está en el muelle de regreso al aeropuerto, pero está lejos del centro de la ciudad. ¡A solo 20 minutos en coche! La habitación tiene una villa con vistas al mar, y las instalaciones básicas deben estar disponibles. Hay un mayordomo personal, una gran cocina privada con coches privados gratuitos (todas las instalaciones están disponibles), etc. Hay dos desventajas: 1. No hay agua caliente en la habitación. Cambié 2 habitaciones, son iguales. La temperatura del agua no entra en contacto con los niños o ancianos para bañarse. 2. No hay desayuno, lo cual es muy impersonal. Como hotel con más de 2.000 noches, creo que no debería.

Simplemente super, nos gusta volver siempre,estamos aquí por quinta vez,muy amable,Habitación 4 pisos,limpio y acogedor, tranquilo en la noche,super dormir.Situado centralmente.Nunca tuvieron problemas, para nosotros en Bacolod sólo Ong Bun, Sigue así, gracias una vez más.

However he told me that I’m going to pay for the extra guests who were still a children (tho still another person) but again children so I told him just wait I’ll contact my family in other hotels where they were staying so I can send them off there. While it was hard to contact them since its in the middle of the night. So I phoned the front desk again and told him to give us a little more time because of the situation in the other hotel.
