Era un hotel excelente, con buena ubicación y magníficas vistas al lago. El desayuno era muy bueno y el servicio del restaurante también. Además, contaba con un amplio aparcamiento gratuito para los clientes. La puntuación general fue muy alta.

Nos quedamos por tres noches, pero el calentador de la ducha no funcionaba en nuestra última noche, llamamos al recepcionista y el recepcionista de turno dijo que nos ayudaría a encontrar una nueva habitación y nos pidió que esperáramos su llamada, esperamos mucho tiempo y ni siquiera nos devolvió la llamada, volvimos a llamar pero no hubo respuesta y no pudimos encontrar al recepcionista en el mostrador, estamos muy decepcionados por el acto irresponsable del recepcionista de turno, ya que provocó que nos ducháramos con agua fría en invierno.

Really nice looking room and a very good price performance ratio. And you even get a complimentary drink. Room was nice and warm upon arrival. I didnt really understand the self checkin for a second, cause i didnt know the rooms were directly at the parkinglot, where the whiteboards and the name are written. Really easy and useful for a fast checkin and checkout. I would stay there again.

This is our third time stay here, the advantages are walking dustance to town center, good view. Service not good, room clean up service needs to improve, floor is dirty, bed sheet not tidy up well. However, if you book your trip last minute, looking for a service apartment, this apartment is still a reasonable option

Walked out onto the balcony and we were met with these stunning views. The time that we visited (May) meant that it was slightly too cold to be out on the balcony for too long, but the views that we enjoyed out of the window were magnificent. When the first arrived the lady on the front desk was very friendly, and helpful. We had asked for a double bed and had been allocated two single beds. She quickly contacted the ladies from house keeping and they very kindly sprung into action to help rectify the situation. The housekeeping staff were nice and pleasant, and the location was just right for us to get out and about visiting some of the local attractions like the Kiwi birdlife park. The big plus about staying at the highview apartments was having a parking space. When you visit queenstown you'll soon find out that in some places finding a parking space is like gold dust.

Beautiful snowy mountains view from balcony. Kitchen available in the room with laundry and dishwasher. Recommend to book balcony room with mountains view.

Our one bedroom apartment is comfortable with kitchen but during our trip the weather gets colder so walking to town center takes about 20 mins so it is very chilly. Our apartment is up on the hill as same as parking so if you have big luggages you have to carry up and down to the stair, but if you don’t have problems with mobility no problem.

We had a wonderful stay at Koura Apartments. The location is amazing, with beautiful lake and mountain views right from the property. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for our family. We especially enjoyed relaxing by the lake and the peaceful surroundings. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The facilities were well maintained, and everything we needed was provided. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Queenstown and would love to stay here again in the future.

We were in the“Seabreaze“ apt, which was very clean and had the exact great views over the beach as described. The bed was comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our breakfast. While it was cold outside, the heating inside kept us warm and cozy. Parking in the garage underneath, or right beside the building for a larger car. Important to mention the Italian restaurant just 100m away at the corner, which is our absolute favourite when coming to Dunedin! We highly recommend staying at the Esplanade Apartments and will book again in the future.
