*************Excellent studio apartment...BUT the issue is the noise ******** Throughout the night from traffic and rubbish trucks. It was sadly relentless and despite having double windows the glass is not double glazing. Due to the noise I would not stay here again sadly. The apartment and service was flawless but even with earplugs it was difficult to sleep.

The apartment was absolutely beautiful—the kind of place you wish you actually lived in! The location is perfect, and everything was sparkling clean. Checking in and out was incredibly easy and hassle-free. I would definitely choose this place again without hesitation!

Great mini-studio apartment in the city center. Location is very convenient and easy to find. Communication was easy and the hotel manager was helpful. They recommended Uber from the airport but you can very easily get here using public transport. Close to the tram lines-- you can hear them from inside the apartment, it didn't bother me

Esta habitación era perfecta para mi estancia en Zagreb. La ubicación está a pocos pasos de todo lo que desea ver en la ciudad. La habitación es limpia y tiene incluso un horno y todas las herramientas de cocina en caso de que quiera comer en algunos días estás allí. El último día, fuimos al Parque Nacional y no teníamos lugar para almacenar nuestras maletas el tipo en la mesa delantera, contenía nuestras cosas hasta las 8:00 y trabajaba extra para que podíamos venir a recogerlas!!

Apartamento muy limpio y bonito en el casco antiguo de la ciudad, junto con una preciosa jefa supermodelo, María, que incluso me envía pañuelos por la noche en el frío invierno, ¡muy impresionante! 👍

Nice and cute apartment, near the city center, and with good quality/great space for the price. Easy instructions when we arrive. Nothing to say but perfect!

호텔은 시내 중심가에서 매우 가깝고, 주변에 상점 등 다양한 볼거리 및 즐길거리가 있습니다 버스역에서도 가까워서 공항에서 와서 접근하기도 굉장히 편합니다 다음에 또 이용하고 싶을 정도로 만족도가 높았습니다

The location was nice, with lots of shops nearby. But it might be a bit noisy as the trams are running downstairs.

Buena ubicación, justo al lado de la plaza. Sin desayuno, sin cocina, sin artículos de tocador, sin zapatillas, sin estacionamiento, ¡tomó mucho tiempo encontrar el hotel en automóvil! ¡El estacionamiento de pago más cercano está a 10 minutos a pie y a 10 euros la noche! Las instalaciones son más generales, el calentador de agua solo puede ser acomodado por dos personas, ¡y la tercera persona tiene que esperar mucho tiempo! muy inconveniente! El servicio de Ctrip es una lástima, la comunicación no es oportuna y la capacidad de comprensión es muy problemática. ¡Nunca vaya al extranjero para reservar un hotel en Ctrip!
