We got the 2bedroom apartment which was essentially 2 rooms next to each other and has a connecting door. So we ended up with 2 kitchen which was handy. Very clean and great reception/receptionists. The hotel offers free coffee and tea at the reception, has a gym which we unfortunately didn’t get to try out. Very central location which was handy and if you are driving, they do give a discount for parking nearby.

El apartamento está muy cerca de la estación de tren a 4 minutos a pie. El interior es luminoso, limpio y cómodo muy adecuado para la reunión familiar y amigo. Altamente recomendado!!

Brilliant central location. Really friendly reception staff. The room was spacious and well appointed. The additional microwave with dishwasher and fridge freezer were really useful. Nice hot shower, bit on the small side. I didn't eat at the hotel so I can't comment. The gym was more than adequate. Short walk to the docks or in to the city centre. Will definitely stay again.

¡Me alegro muchísimo de haber reservado aquí! El servicio de recepción fue súper amable e incluso ofrecieron una noche de vino y queso gratis. La habitación era espaciosa y limpia. Se puede ir fácilmente al centro caminando. El aparcamiento tiene un coste adicional, pero lo reducen con un cupón.

Great location small kitchen in room with fridge microwave toaster and a coffee machine Spotless bathroom friendly helpful staff I had to move rooms because of a smell in first room I dont like that they dont have designated rooms for visitors with dogs Some rooms have a huge pillar down the middle of the room severely restricting movement so I would try and avoid getting one of those The reception area is really nice and they sell everything you might need on your visit such as shaving foam toothbrush aspirin coffee pods etc They also have a large secure luggage room Very close to both central station and lime street station Bed was very comfortable and there was no noise from outside even though it is close to bars

El hotel de Liverpool, que es nuestro pueblo, es un lugar fácil de encontrar, y el receptor es muy bienvenido, y nos dio toda la información que necesitamos para nuestra estancia, para hacer un check-in y un check-out. El apartamento de 2 habitaciones era muy espacioso y limpio, y tenía todas las comodidades necesarias para nuestra estancia. Estar en un centro de la ciudad no puede evitar una cierta cantidad de ruido exterior, pero no fue nada que los oídos no se disfrutaron de lol Había una toma, un restaurante y 2 pequeñas tiendas generales en pocos minutos a pie del apartamento, En el hotel, el hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado.

Se suponía que a relajarme pero para empezar las fotos nada que ver con el lugar, unas camas todas aguadas , el piso todo descuidado, el sofá muy antiguo que no se podía hacer cama, se escuchaba la puerta cada ves que abrían los del otro flat en fin logré descansar hasta cuando regresé a mi casa ir ahí solo fue tiempo y dinero perdido.

I booked to live overnight for an important meeting next day, the service was good and the respond to inquiries are prompt. However, the location which is good overall, near to the sea, cathedral, the city centre and the train station, is exactly upstairs of many pubs. The music was playing the whole night with excited rhythm, making me cannot sleep. Too noisy, not really happy with this and will not rebook again. Also, when I enter, there is a bug flying and I I am afraid of insects!!!! The bedding makes me itchy.

Not what pictures our sofa bed not comfortable to sit on and tv singal was rubbish did ask they say there look into had 2 people turn to fix the washing machine didnt not no there was anything wrong with it! Communication was shocking had to ring several times to get to check in! The noise from next door was like concert the floor boards were shaking and music till in morning! Bed was so comfortable u just sit on it makes noise! Wouldn't stay again and not would recommend it!
