This is a lovely garden view studio apartment that has a nicely appointed kitchenette with a refrigerator, toaster oven, two-burner cook top, coffee maker, and AC. The gardens are lush with native trees, fruits and flowers which attract a wide array of birds and butterflies. The property borders on a sweet tidal creek where we have our private dock for kayaking & paddle boarding. The "lazy river" is a 20 minute paddle from our dock.Activities available include world class kayaking, paddle boarding, snorkeling, boating, and beach excursions. We are uniquely situated in a location to offer a wide variety of kayaking terrains for all skill levels. Our 1-bedroom rental has its own private entrance and porch at the front and back. Our modern apartment is completely furnished with an apartment size refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and all other basic necessities. The bedroom consists of a queen bed, walk in closet with dresser, ceiling fan and air conditioner with individual temperature control. The lounge area has a flat screen television and comfortable couch that converts into a twin sized sofa-bed. It also has a ceiling fan and temperature-controlled air conditioner. The bathroom is complete with tub, shower, toilet and hand basin. There is a table with chairs for indoor dining and table and chairs on the back porch for relaxing and dining while enjoying the beach views. Chaise lounge chairs are also available for sunbathing.
