¡Me quedé en el 19o piso, pero no vi ningún antígeno ni perro! Dime que la vista es loca. El personal estaba muy amable y bien mantenido. Volveré la próxima vez:D

Immediately greeted by staff upon entry. We were quickly informed of the IHG free membership and given our room cards. We were then kindly directed by staff to the elevator. Elevator controls are on the outside of each floor so you need to keep in mind if chosen wrong floor by accident. We had selected the Premium King bedroom with ocean view on the 4th floor. View is nice but would recommend higher floor if you’d like to take pictures of the scenery better. Big Samsung 55 inch wall mounted TV. The TV had options for shoes, hotel information etc. I was hoping to use my Roku to stream but I could not access the HDMI port behind the TV. Free high speed wifi was very convenient. No Password so easy to use. The room itself was great! Many USB and power ports both near bed and desks. You’ll also be pleased with how many light options there are for this room. Great to choose the perfect ambience you want. Very clean and plentiful freebies within. The Robes were high quality and very comfortable. Aircon controls were easy and very good. Bathroom was immaculate with cold and hot water with many small and large towels. We had ordered room service and were amazed by the quality of the food. Staff called a few times to confirm the contents of our order when prepping. We were told 45-1hr but food came well within 30 min from kind staff. I was keen to see the gym amenities. You need your card to access the room in 1st floor. The gym is small and mainly has cardio machines, dumbbells and 1 master tower band weight machine. All you need for a full workout but may be inconvenient if there are multiple guests wanting to use the room. An extended gym with more equipment would be my biggest recommendation. Overall we were very happy with our stay! I would visit again in the future for sure. Highly recommend the new Crowne Plaza Hotel.

Es bueno que hayas sido tan amable Sin embargo, la manta es demasiado fina. ¡Está a 10-15 minutos a pie de la playa de Tumon! ¡Es limpio y agradable para un antiguo hotel de vacaciones! La foto es de Tumon Vista desde el balcón de vacaciones.

Servicio 1.: Enfrente a las dos chicas taiwanesas que rompen el inglés, los empleados del hotel siempre nos ayudan con la actitud más amable y la forma más activa 😭 al menos pueden comunicarnos más que los pies de pintura manual 2. ¡El hall tiene Starbucks y sus propias tiendas, el primer piso es su playa y piscina! ¡Es ¡muy adecuado para jugar a SUP! 3 Funciones: El hotel está situado en el pasillo de la letra T, hay un pequeño parque de ocio al otro lado, una tienda ABC, super bueno comprar! ¡Ir a la derecha es el paraíso de compras DFS! El viaje está en cinco minutos, un lugar con hermosa vista, y un lugar con masajes, disparos reales, barcos de piratas, compras, comidas

Very nice location, front staff is very kind. Room cleaning was forgotten two times. Room cleaning staff don't say hi when we met them in the hallway. Pool is very good. Better and cleaner than other hotels nearby. Direct acces to the beach is nice too. Pool restaurant could have a better menu ( Dusit have Taji Grill and Tabu bar)

毎回泊まってます。お部屋は広くてキレイです。部屋によってはシャワーの強さ、熱さなど違います。アメニティはリンスインシャンプー、ボディシャンプー、ボディクリーム、歯ブラシでした。髭剃りはハウスキーピングに電話したら持って来てくれました。 立地がすごく良いです。JPストアやコンビニもあります。近くにTGIなど食事ができる場所もあります。 ビーチにも歩いて行けますが帰りの坂がキツいです。 今回は窓を開けてたらアリやヤモリが部屋に侵入してきたりベランダにカマキリが落ちてきたりしました。

I’ve stayed here several times already. This time around was great as well as they accommodated my request for a high floor. There are some gripes with our room though. There was a nasty sticky red residue on the floor between our twin beds under the security safe tabletop overlooked by too service. Also our AC for our room was freezing and the room was hot. The TV remote was also dead. I tried calling reception via the room phone but could not reach. I had to call via my cell phone to reach them. They were able to have a tech come in and change the batteries. I also informed him at the time of the AC. He restarted the AC but to no avail after some time. They were able to relocate us to a room a few doors down. The new room was much better and up to expectations of what I’ve had the past few visits. This time however, we did not get the usual free 2 bottles of water in either room. Not sure if it is no longer included but something to think about on the next visit. Upon check out, one staff at the reception tried to charge me once more when I had already paid via Trip.com. She was also asking me why rent fee was cheaper than normal and I had to inform her about the trip.com reward discounts I had used. She was corrected by another staff and I was good to go after they refunded my security deposit. Overall, another pleasant experience but not without some gripes here and there. The pricing for the room and the service from staff and tech was very well worth it. Will definitely stay again. Hopefully a better experience next time.

프리미어 스위트 이용했는데 너무 좋습니다 이규젝큐티브 라운지 포함되어 있어서 프리미어타워 7층에서 간단한 조식(스크램블,햄,빵,음료 등) 와 해피아워(샌드위치, 나초, 치즈, 음료, 맥주, 칵테일)등 이용했어요 방 크기 엄청 커요, 6박7일 잘 쉬다 갑니다. 다음에 또 올게요
