El personal en muy amable , el desayuno tiene muchas opciones para todos los gustos y es delicioso, la habitación es amplia. Está a sólo unos pasos de Jewel mall.

We were goven welcome fruit basket which is nice but the fruits are not fresh. Infact some are rotten so not good. Hairdryer cable is loose so sometime off when used. Pls be more carefull becos it can cause problem

My recent stay at the five-star hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and elegance. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff were incredibly attentive throughout my entire stay.
The room itself was a haven of luxury. Impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with every amenity one could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the bathroom was spacious and well-appointed.

I got an upgrade at check-in. The room was very big and had a nice view on the pool. The service team was very friendly. Perfect place to stay to visit beautiful Jewel gardens as it’s just some minutes to walk. I would definitely book it again.

Kids friendly. Our 2nd time returned. This time celebrating our anniversary! We received a complimentary cake too! Was delicious! Kids love it alot this time as they manage to see airplanes. They manage to learn about different kinds of airplane too! Thank you! Overly satisfied ❤️
