The villa is located in a residential area, we want every visitor to have a pleasant experience however, we do not allow parties or events quite time is 10pm. Centrally located, just minutes to world's famous Magens Bay beach and a short drive into town for duty-free shopping. Just a few steps to fine dining at the Mafolie Hotel and a short walk for gambling and drinks at Sib's on the Mountain. Also, open for breakfast.This is a large single-family home with 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 16x20 pool and large deck, large game room/5th bedroom is equipped with a full-size pool table and a flat-screen TV to keep the family busy when not at the beach or touring the island. You won’t want to leave the air-conditioned master bedroom that mirrors a tropical retreat with a flat-screen TV, separate vanity area and a large sliding door to view the harbor from your king-size bed. The master bathroom has jet showers, room for 2, and a separate large soaking tub and double sinks.
