La villa se limpia con regularidad y las zonas comunes se mantienen limpias, pero el servicio de limpieza de habitaciones solo se ofrece una vez por estancia (12 noches). No se cambian las sábanas ni las toallas. Se encuentra en una zona tranquila, a 15 minutos a pie de la playa. Es muy fácil llegar en bicicleta. Hay una buena cafetería cerca que sirve un delicioso rotti para desayunar, y también se puede comer y cenar en la cafetería contigua. Hay varias tiendas a poca distancia a pie, con todo lo necesario.

Excelente ubicación, amplio estacionamiento. Como viajábamos en familia, todos estuvimos muy contentos, especialmente los niños, ya que hay un McDonald's abierto las 24 horas justo enfrente y un Starbucks al lado. A pocos metros de centros comerciales y patios de comidas. La habitación familiar era espaciosa y me gustó la bañera profunda. ¡Excelente precio!

We had a really enjoyable stay at Comfy Bungalow Family House NR Pg Hill & Kek Lok Si. The house is very spacious, especially the master room, which is huge and super comfortable. Overall, the rooms were good and the air conditioning worked well throughout our stay. The house layout is also convenient: the single room is on the first floor, while the other three rooms are on the second. The stairs are manageable, and there’s a toilet on the first floor plus two on the second floor (one in the master room and one shared), which made it very practical for a group stay. The bunk bed setup is quite unique, but guests may need to be a bit careful when sharing, especially at night, as there isn’t much space for the upper bunk occupant to step down easily. The place was clean and hygienic, with towels and basic amenities provided, and the check-in and check-out instructions were clear and straightforward to follow. The location is a big plus — it’s near the market with lots of great local food options within easy reach, which made the stay even more convenient and enjoyable. There are just a few small areas that could make the experience even better, such as having simple instructions for using the combined microwave and oven, providing hand soap in the toilets and switching off the timer for the dining room aircon. Overall, it’s a comfortable and value-for-money stay, especially for families or groups. We would definitely consider coming back again!

Location was great and the villa itself was nice. However, despite asking multiple times, the host kept denying us a slightly early check-in (e.g. 30 minutes or 1 hour) before the advertised hour of 3 pm. Further, when we finally were given the codes to the place, they were wrong and we were stuck outside the house whilst awaiting for the maintenance team. Instructions were also unclear, which led to us not realising that there is a facility card to pool and gym nearby. Given that the villa is meant to accomodate a big family, the necessities were lacking as there were limited number of tablewares and the pots were only enough for 1-2 persons. Overall, it could have been a much better experience but the service and facilities are severely lacking.

Alojarme en esta villa fue una de las mejores decisiones de mi viaje. Desde el primer momento, recibí una bienvenida cálida y profesional. El personal fue extremadamente amable, atento y servicial, lo que me hizo sentir realmente valorado como huésped. 🙏🏻🙏🏻👍🏻😊 Una de las mayores ventajas es la ubicación. Hay tres playas diferentes a solo 600-800 metros de la villa. Esto es increíblemente conveniente para los turistas, ya que se puede llegar al mar con un corto y cómodo paseo en cualquier momento. La villa ofrece una verdadera comodidad, como si estuvieras en casa. La habitación estaba muy limpia, espaciosa y bien organizada. Cada detalle parecía cuidadosamente preparado, y el ambiente en general era muy relajante. La combinación de privacidad, comodidad y tranquilidad la hizo perfecta para una estancia de descanso. Sin duda, me alojaría aquí de nuevo y la recomiendo encarecidamente a cualquiera que busque comodidad, limpieza y una excelente hospitalidad. 💃🏻🙏🏻⛱️

Pros: · Very spacious — plenty of room to relax. · Can park right in front of your room — convenient for loading/unloading. · Hotel Netflix account available — nice touch for entertainment. · Quiet environment — good for light sleepers or restful stays. Things to note / Cons: · Tourist tax applies (Penang state levy) · Parking may be full until late afternoon — because office workers park there during work hours; clears up after they leave. Not ideal if you arrive before evening. Verdict: A spacious and quiet option with convenient parking (once available) and free Netflix. Just be aware of the Penang tourist tax and potential daytime parking challenges. Best for travellers who can check-in later in the afternoon or evening.

house was spacious, comfortable and enough to accommodation my big family kids had fun at the pool the adult had great time doing bbq, will definitelly come back here if we are planing trip to penang

A superb location,near shopping mall and super market.The house is well decorated and spacious.The bedroom is well kept and comfortable.We have wonderful 👍👍👍 experience of staying there.

Location excellent Amenities good A bit aged. Slightly improvement would be good One of the room , my friends found a big cockroach! Should disinfect the rooms often
