The villa environment pleasantly surprised us, it was clean and tidy, which made our stay very enjoyable. Lastly, we truly appreciate the administrator kindness in allowing us a slightly late check-out. We highly recommend this villa management company, and it will definitely be our choice again in the future.

We love our room. Very satisfactory experience and would not mind coming back. Their bath/bathtub like flavour was really good for my kids. Enjoyed their water play there. I love that the density is so low and that it has the sea at the back of property. We came in with the room that was already cool down especially when it was so hot. Even though it did not have cooking facilities, distance to food places was very convenient.

Clean and new property . Found many minor issues like drainage clogging, hair dryer and door lock issues. Owner responded immediately and sent people to check on it even late night. Good service ! If more amenities like tissues, plastic bags provided for refill will be much more appreciated

La casa de huéspedes estaba ubicada en una zona inesperada. El alojamiento era bastante cómodo y había seguridad afuera, así que me sentí seguro. Las únicas desventajas fueron el estacionamiento limitado y un olor ligeramente sofocante en el baño, probablemente debido a la humedad por estar cerca de la playa. En general, quedé bastante satisfecho; la habitación estaba limpia y luminosa.

Esta villa de montaña que reservé a través de Ctrip fue una auténtica joya. ¡La experiencia fue absolutamente perfecta! Al salir al patio, me envolvió una exuberante vegetación. Al abrir la ventana, descubrí capas y capas de verdes montañas. Por la mañana, oía el canto de los pájaros y por la noche, contemplaba la puesta de sol. El aire se impregnaba del fresco aroma a hierba y árboles: una escapada ideal del bullicio de la ciudad. El interior de la villa estaba decorado con un estilo retro, completamente amueblado con todos los electrodomésticos necesarios, y la ropa de cama estaba impecable. El detalle más atento fue el servicio de mayordomo; preguntaron por nuestra hora de llegada con antelación y respondieron al instante a cualquier necesidad, sin demoras. Al viajar, sin duda es mejor reservar casas de huéspedes gestionadas por chinos.

We had a really enjoyable stay at Comfy Bungalow Family House NR Pg Hill & Kek Lok Si. The house is very spacious, especially the master room, which is huge and super comfortable. Overall, the rooms were good and the air conditioning worked well throughout our stay. The house layout is also convenient: the single room is on the first floor, while the other three rooms are on the second. The stairs are manageable, and there’s a toilet on the first floor plus two on the second floor (one in the master room and one shared), which made it very practical for a group stay. The bunk bed setup is quite unique, but guests may need to be a bit careful when sharing, especially at night, as there isn’t much space for the upper bunk occupant to step down easily. The place was clean and hygienic, with towels and basic amenities provided, and the check-in and check-out instructions were clear and straightforward to follow. The location is a big plus — it’s near the market with lots of great local food options within easy reach, which made the stay even more convenient and enjoyable. There are just a few small areas that could make the experience even better, such as having simple instructions for using the combined microwave and oven, providing hand soap in the toilets and switching off the timer for the dining room aircon. Overall, it’s a comfortable and value-for-money stay, especially for families or groups. We would definitely consider coming back again!
