Nos dieron una mejora. La habitación es muy alta y muy bonita. Los dos podemos tener dos habitaciones. La habitación era grande y no tenía olor. Desde el balcón se puede ver el mar. El desayuno también estuvo bien y quedamos muy llenos. El servicio también fue muy bueno. Se comunicaron con nosotros lo antes posible y agregaron la información de contacto más tarde, lo que hizo que la comunicación fuera muy conveniente. El yate estaba bien, había mucha gente jugando allí, pero nosotros no. Si quieres tomar fotografías mientras viajas, tendrás que reunirte en el Hotel Nº 9, lo cual no es muy conveniente. Era muy barato cuando lo reservamos, realmente valió la pena ~ A papá le gustó mucho aquí, se sintió incómodo cuando fue a otros hoteles y quería regresar.

Our family of 12 (8 adults and 4 children) from Singapore recently stayed here for 5 nights to celebrate the New Year. As our first trip to China, we were blown away by the beauty of Sanya and the hospitality of this villa. Exceptional Service & Elderly Friendly The service was immaculate from start to finish. The complimentary railway station transfer was a lifesaver. The manager, who was also our driver, was incredibly punctual and went above and beyond to assist with our heavy luggage and my grandfather’s wheelchair. A special mention to our young housekeeper; despite the language barrier, his warmth and professionalism made our check-in effortless. The villa is perfect for multi-generational families—the ground-floor bedroom was ideal for my grandfather’s accessibility. Fun for the Whole Family The basement was the highlight of our stay. Our children spent hours learning pool, while the arcade machine in the bedroom brought back great memories for the adults. Outside, the back gate leads directly to the beach. We were right next to the Crowne Plaza, where they have buckets and shovels prepared for kids to share and a kiosk selling a great variety of popsicles to enjoy by the sea. Location & Travel Tips Haitang Bay is stunning. It features the world’s largest duty-free mall and arguably the best beaches on the island. For Muslim Travelers: Halal food is more concentrated in Sanya Bay and Yalong Bay, so plan your meals accordingly if staying in Haitang Bay. Guest Discounts: Be sure to ask the staff about yacht charters! We enjoyed a great discount on a private boat trip just by staying here. Weather: For those coming from Southeast Asia, the weather here is perfect in late December—dry, sunny, and very comfortable. Helpful Notes for Future Guests Room Layout: The top-floor bedroom has a unique open-bathroom design and no wardrobe. It’s a stylish arrangement, but good to know for privacy planning. Skin Sensitivity: A few of our family members have very sensitive skin (like eczema) and reacted to the swimming pool water. This is just a note for those with similar skin types, and perhaps something the villa can look into for the future. The Beach: The waves can be quite strong and the wind can be high, so do check the tides before heading out. Conclusion Watching the 1.1 New Year fireworks and drone displays away from the usual crowds was worth every cent. Sanya is a clean, safe, friendly, and beautiful city. This villa is a hidden gem that we would recommend to anyone. We could actually see ourselves living here!

La habitación era tranquila y a los niños les encantó, estaba limpia y sin olores. El servicio de habitaciones fue excelente y el servicio de recogida y traslado fue muy conveniente. La piscina climatizada estaba limpia y divertida. Las instalaciones de juegos para niños eran completas y el servicio de mayordomo fue atento y considerado. Aaliyah en el parque infantil fue especialmente amable y atenta con los niños, se divirtieron mucho con ella. También nos ayudó a reservar actividades y juguetes. Había muchas actividades, como la recolección de pizzas, y lo pasamos genial. ¡Cinco estrellas! Volveremos. Minibar durante la estancia: de uso gratuito una vez. Actividades familiares divertidas para niños: variadas y emocionantes. Servicio de transporte del hotel a la playa: conveniente.

We stayed here with our newborn baby. The hotel was nice and the grounds were well kept - it had lovely gardens which we enjoyed walking round with our baby. We booked the pool access room which was quite dark and smelt of damp. Although this room has pool access and a lounging area it was taken by other guest leaving their towels to reserve the beds at 7am! Other guests were also smoking in this area so it was impossible to use our own balcony. The staff at the hotel were very friendly, Jane, Anne and Emily from the hotel lobby were great when we told them about our issue with smoking around our baby. We changed to a villa which was great and definitely worth booking over the other rooms. It was bright and clean with a great big bath and lovely private pool. We ate elsewhere most of the time as during breakfast I found glass from a chipped plate in my food which I unknowingly chewed and cut my mouth. The staff offered us a free buffet dinner which we declined as we were totally put off eating there and hadn’t enjoyed the dinner when we ate there - wouldn’t recommend the food at all.

Вообще на протяжении всего отпуска, если у вас есть WeChat, можно писать свои вопросы и пожелания стафу отеля, лично нас отвечали почти сразу же. Сами апартамента шикарные, у нас открывался вид на бассейн ( в котором очень классно плавать ) и небольшое озеро, внутренняя территория очень красивая и живописная. Каждый день у нас убирались, выбрасывали мусор, меняли полотенца и приносили воду- считайте отельные условия. До пляжа мы ходили один раз пешком- довольно быстрым шагом вышло 40 минут. Гораздо лучше прокатиться на такси, его легко вызвать и стоит всего лишь 8 юаней. Очень недалеко находится красивый национальный парк, советую сходить. Одним словом за такие небольшие деньги мы получили условия дорого отеля, если будет возможность вернусь сюда еще!

Para ser sincero, los comentarios no son los mismos, pero después de vivir, siento que puedes, hay pequeños problemas que puedo aceptar, las tres habitaciones están bien, Sanya tiene muchos larvas meteorológicas, preparado para el perfume y el agua de lanzamiento durante cuatro días no se han visto borrados, el director Away es un buen hermano, Las preguntas de consulta son muy pacientemente respondidas, también nos ayudan a comprar billetes en el área del paisaje. La bahía de Haiti es relativamente adecuada para los jóvenes o para autoconducir o alquilar automóviles. Es también conveniente para traer autos, pero vuelve a casa muchas veces. La vía única Sanya es mucho más costosa, cerca de la selva y no lejos del mar trasero, ¡En resumen, es recomendable!

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The service was excellent, especially from 彬彬, who was very responsive and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The team also thoughtfully arranged a birthday surprise for us, which was a lovely touch. Since we had an early trip schedule, they even helped arrange an earlier breakfast for us, a gesture we truly appreciated. N helped to book a driver to take us out to 五指山. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the sea and a stunning sunrise in the morning. While the location is a little farther from the main areas, the exceptional service and relaxing atmosphere more than make up for it. Overall, it was a very memorable and pleasant stay. Thank you to 彬彬 and the team for their warm hospitality!

Good and fast service and quick to respond to queries via WeChat. The property is within walking distance of the beach and some places to eat, but you'll need to walk for 10 minutes if you're younger and 15 minutes if you have kids/older folks. It was easy to catch a 6-seater or 4-seater car via DiDi app from this location. Sometimes these cars are just parked outside and you have to negotiate with them directly. Over the years, the property seems to have been damaged by various guests, with heavily chipped wall edges and walls. Also, the humid weather has warped the outdoor decking. Overall, none of these things impact the enjoyment of the property. The property is equipped with very basic Asian cooking utensils and crockery. i.e. no microwaves, no pots, but there's a wok and steamer. There are chopsticks, but no fork or spoon. If you plan to eat out this is a non-issue. Overall, I would come back if I am travelling with a large group (6-8 people).
