Mi hijo de 7 años y yo pasamos nuestras vacaciones en un apartamento de tres habitaciones. Tenía un salón enorme, una bañera en el balcón y vistas a la montaña. Todo lo que me encanta. La relación calidad-precio es excelente, lo que me permitió pasar por alto algunos detalles que podrían ser importantes para otros. El complejo es nuevo, pero gracias al clima cálido y húmedo, y a que no pasamos todo el tiempo en el apartamento, el clima se mantiene perfecto. La reforma se realizó con materiales de alta calidad: madera y piedra auténticas. Es espacioso y elegante. Estoy muy contenta. Había albornoces, zapatillas, toallas y todos los accesorios de ducha, además de champán, geles, acondicionador, crema corporal, blanqueador dental, máquina de afeitar, maquinilla de afeitar y servilletas. También contaba con lavadora, secadora y cocina. Todo nos ayudó a sentirnos como en casa durante nuestras largas vacaciones y a disfrutar de una estancia confortable en un espacio amplio con todas las comodidades. Un agradecimiento especial al propietario del apartamento, quien nos recogió en el aeropuerto gratuitamente y nos atendió en todo momento. Y, como muestra de cortesía, incluso nos llevaron al hotel de al lado. Muchísimas gracias. Estaré encantado de volver.

Our family of 12 (8 adults and 4 children) from Singapore recently stayed here for 5 nights to celebrate the New Year. As our first trip to China, we were blown away by the beauty of Sanya and the hospitality of this villa. Exceptional Service & Elderly Friendly The service was immaculate from start to finish. The complimentary railway station transfer was a lifesaver. The manager, who was also our driver, was incredibly punctual and went above and beyond to assist with our heavy luggage and my grandfather’s wheelchair. A special mention to our young housekeeper; despite the language barrier, his warmth and professionalism made our check-in effortless. The villa is perfect for multi-generational families—the ground-floor bedroom was ideal for my grandfather’s accessibility. Fun for the Whole Family The basement was the highlight of our stay. Our children spent hours learning pool, while the arcade machine in the bedroom brought back great memories for the adults. Outside, the back gate leads directly to the beach. We were right next to the Crowne Plaza, where they have buckets and shovels prepared for kids to share and a kiosk selling a great variety of popsicles to enjoy by the sea. Location & Travel Tips Haitang Bay is stunning. It features the world’s largest duty-free mall and arguably the best beaches on the island. For Muslim Travelers: Halal food is more concentrated in Sanya Bay and Yalong Bay, so plan your meals accordingly if staying in Haitang Bay. Guest Discounts: Be sure to ask the staff about yacht charters! We enjoyed a great discount on a private boat trip just by staying here. Weather: For those coming from Southeast Asia, the weather here is perfect in late December—dry, sunny, and very comfortable. Helpful Notes for Future Guests Room Layout: The top-floor bedroom has a unique open-bathroom design and no wardrobe. It’s a stylish arrangement, but good to know for privacy planning. Skin Sensitivity: A few of our family members have very sensitive skin (like eczema) and reacted to the swimming pool water. This is just a note for those with similar skin types, and perhaps something the villa can look into for the future. The Beach: The waves can be quite strong and the wind can be high, so do check the tides before heading out. Conclusion Watching the 1.1 New Year fireworks and drone displays away from the usual crowds was worth every cent. Sanya is a clean, safe, friendly, and beautiful city. This villa is a hidden gem that we would recommend to anyone. We could actually see ourselves living here!

總共五個房間六張床，一樓的房間最大最舒服，有上下兩個客廳，整體規格不錯，朋友聚會特別棒。黃利益店長非常非常非常友善！所有接觸過的服務業，黃店長是我見過的最靠譜，真誠的。猛猛點贊，除了1.5米一個房間沒有廁所相對住的一般，其他房間都不錯。我們大概訂了二十幾個快遞，黃利益店長都幫我取回，最後有東西落下還幫忙快遞寄回。以後去海棠必住這家，性價比服務拉滿！下次找黃店長換個更豪華的別墅享受一下。按金2000，雖然最後我們垃圾沒收拾，但是黃店長也沒扣按金全額退！太有安全感了，力鑒黃店長

Наша семейная пара проживала в данном отеле с 8.04.2026 по 21.04.2026 года, нам предоставили великолепный номер с видом на море на 8 этаже. Нас приветливо встретили сотрудники ресепшн, очень быстро оформили и проводили непосредственно в апартаменты. Хочу отметить очень чуткое отношение к гостям со стороны персонала отеля, все просьбы выполнялись очень быстро. Сам номер комфортный, чистый, мебель не новая, но в прекрасном состоянии, полностью исправная техника на кухне, есть все для готовки. Территория отельного комплекса чистая и ухоженная, очень много зелени и цветов, поход на пляж из номера у нас занимал не более 7 минут неспешного шага. Бассейн не плохой, но для русского человека, не привычно требование купаться в шапочке, тем более что у некоторых гостей эта шапочка покрывала лишь часть волос и не выполняла своей задачи. Так же есть фитнес зал, бильярдная, все бесплатно. В шаговой доступности( 50 м ) находятся 2 магазинчика, в 200 м небольшой рынок, фрукты овощи и т.д., в 1,4км(20 мин пешком или 3 мин на такси DIDI 6-10 юаней) торговые центры, кафешки, рынок. В 3-4км (11-15 юаней на такси DIDI) в районе отеля Raffles фудкорты и ночная улица еды, запеченные устрицы 3-5 ю за шт., креветки - богомолы 75ю -9 шт. и еще огромное количество вкуснятины. Море в районе отеля - чистейшее, пляж вполне пригодный для купания, когда нет сильных волн, присутствуют камни, но они не мешают купанию. Здесь песок ”поющий”!!! При ходьбе, если ”шоркать” ногами, он реально издает звуки! Подводя итог, хочу сказать, сюда хочется вернуться , без сомнений. PS : Читал в одном из отзывов, о плохой освещенности в вечернее время - не правда, прекрасное освещение, как на территории отеля, так и на улицах, абсолютно безопасно( но на всякий случай, в номере был фонарик, мы им не пользовались ни разу)

El agua de la piscina estaba muy limpia, y la familia compró marisco para cocinar; fue increíblemente relajante. El personal era amable pero discreto, logrando un equilibrio perfecto.

Ubicado en la bahía de Yalong, está muy cerca de los pueblos de Bohou y Liupan, del valle de Baihua y del parque Senjing. La comunidad ofrece un ambiente tranquilo, perfecto para unas vacaciones. La piscina es grande, bonita y está bien cuidada. Probamos las tablas de surf compartidas, que a los niños les encantaron. Disfrutamos especialmente del balcón; sentarse allí con una copa por la noche fue increíblemente agradable. Está dirigido por un grupo de jóvenes muy dedicados. Este lugar ofrece una relación calidad-precio inmejorable. Pasamos cuatro días muy agradables. El administrador de la propiedad respondió muy rápido y nos ayudó a resolver el problema de la estación de carga; estamos muy agradecidos.

En general, es bueno. Viajo con 6 amigos. La ubicación y el ambiente del hotel son muy buenos. Es adecuado para grupos de amigos y familiares y las tiendas libres de impuestos también están a poca distancia. conveniente para ver el amanecer. Me gustaría quedarme aquí por unos días. Good and fast service and quick to respond to queries via WeChat. The property is within walking distance of the beach and some places to eat, but you'll need to walk for 10 minutes if you're younger and 15 minutes if you have kids/older folks. It was easy to catch a 6-seater or 4-seater car via DiDi app from this location. Sometimes these cars are just parked outside and you have to negotiate with them directly. Over the years, the property seems to have been damaged by various guests, with heavily chipped wall edges and walls. Also, the humid weather has warped the outdoor decking. Overall, none of these things impact the enjoyment of the property. The property is equipped with very basic Asian cooking utensils and crockery. i.e. no microwaves, no pots, but there's a wok and steamer. There are chopsticks, but no fork or spoon. If you plan to eat out this is a non-issue. Overall, I would come back if I am travelling with a large group (6-8 people).
