Please take your valid ID used at the time of booking and paper tickets to enter the station. We recommend arriving at the gate 20-30 minutes before departure. Please note that boarding ends 5-10 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
For trains departing from Hong Kong West Kowloon Station, please arrive at the station at least 45 minutes prior to departure to pick up your ticket and complete entry and exit procedures.
We recommend passengers traveling between Guangzhou and Hong Kong arrive at the station 1 hour in advance to complete entry-exit procedures.
