We are allowed to check in early at 11am. Room & toilet was spacious with full amenities. We booked a 3single bed room. We love the stay! Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is located 3 streets away from the ktx station, not more than 10mins walk with heavy luggage. And 20mins walk to the Jungang Market & shopping districts. Plenty of bus stops around the hotel. Convenient store around the corner. The two guy receptions I met during my stay were super friendly and helpful even though they don't speak much English, and I felt very welcomed. The basic room was perfect for solo travellers, may be slightly tight for a couple. Everything was clean and well maintained. There is not only a hairdryer, but also a straightener provided in the room. The shower's water pressure was good, and had an electric bidet. Bed was just right, streets weren't noisy at night, and I had a comfortable sleep throughout my stay. The housekeeping lady was lovely and taught me how to operate the A/C. Probably just the TV was hard to use as it was all in Korean (but should be able to connect with Netflix). There are public PCs and washing-dryer machines with detergent provided at the lobby, and a lounge stocked up with instant noodles, breads etc. Everything mentioned above is free for guests - a big plus! Just right opposite the hotel there is a potato soup restaurant - which is the best food I had in gangneung! I definitely want to be back, and recommend to anyone making a trip to gangneung.

Great location: 5min walk from gangneung ktx station, eateries nearby, a convenience store right at the corner, walking distance or take bus to the central market. Central area but quiet neighbourhood. Comfy environment: Hotel is very neat and clean, looks very new and smell nice once you step in entrance. Self-check-in. P.S. i only found out after check-out that guests may choose the aroma oil at the lobby n bring it to room :] nice Flow-er experience 🌺😌 Nice amenities: Reserved the spa n movie room while the room is equipped with projector n soundbar, n you get to control different lighting setup with tv remote control, pretty cool! Good time watching some kdrama n hot bath after long journey to spend the night. Love the fact that shower water is strong n hot enough which is very essential for me. One downside is that the light of the ac and wifi router keep flashing at night and may affect if you are a light sleeper… everything else is great. I love how they have usb-a ports n also wireless charging! You can also borrow extra amenities like charging cable n hair straightener at each floor locker cabinet. Luggage Storage Available after check-in/after check-out at each floor or lobby behind the water/coffee/refreshment section. Overall, highly recommend with such price👍🏿

Deseo que preparen una toalla normal, porque sólo nos habíamos proporcionado una toalla de rostro. Pero eso no es un problema grande. La ubicación estaba bien, tal vez 5-10 minutos a pie (dependiendo de los cruces de zebra) hasta la parada de autobús más cercana/metro. Así que fue muy fácil tener desayuno o cena. También caminando a distancia a la zona de compras (Myeongdong-gil). Esta zona también tenía muchos puntos de fotobooth, una gran Olive joven. Conclusión: la ubicación fue sorprendente!

A pleasant place for a short stay. It's a bit ”out of the central area” but a 30 minute walk to the station. Rooms have a small kitchette but lacking basic crockery etc. A convenience store next door is useful. Our room was on 11th floor so away from street noice and with lovely sunset views over the city and mountains

To be honest.. all's good. Just 2 mini grumbles.. 1. I suppose because they do generally allow their guests to smoke in the room, i can still smell the tabacco lingering. Not the best smell through the nights there. 2. No lifts. Thankfully my luggage is not heavy this round so its still manageable else i could foresee an issue lugging it up and down the stairs. Now.. the pros..! 1. It is very clean. Bathroom attached which its great. 2. Room size is okie for 2. Has tv, wifi, lots of plugs.. facial care as well actually.. and a rather nice-smelling diffuser. Spacious even, to put 1 luggage. Theres a heater and aircon unit ( of cuz not needed in this winter season) 3. Bathroom is spacious. There's towels provided. Shampoo, bodywash and toothpaste even! Abundant hot water. 4. A stone throw away from the bus terminal. Less than 5mins walk. Loads of eateries, cafes and even a diaso. Oh and the market. 5. Small town.. so everywhere's walkable. Quiet, slow-paced town. Awesome to chill here.

We were pleasantly surprised at the location and quality of the hotel! It was so affordable for the size, and we loved how it was right in front of the beach. Getting around from there was easy, as there were a lot of taxis that passed by. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

El hotel está en una ubicación excelente, literalmente frente a la playa. Hay una auto-incheck disponible en el escritorio frontal, pero por alguna razón no funcionó así terminado hablando con el personal de recepción, lo cual está bien. La habitación era limpia (la cama, el baño...), pero la unidad de cono de aire era completamente negra con molde en el interior. La habitación también tenía algunas marcas extrañas en la pared.. Creo que la calidad de la habitación parece mejor en las fotos que la realidad... Mientras que reservaba este lugar un poco en el último minuto (unas semanas antes, pero durante el tiempo de pico), fue sobrecargado por lo que era (150,000 por noche con un cupón). No es el peor lugar del mundo, pero probablemente no me quedaría otra vez si tuviera que elegir.

Hotel con buena ubicación! Está ubicado cerca de la estación de tren y del área de la ciudad. Aunque está un poco alejado de la playa, ¡siempre puedes llamar a un taxi para que te lleve! La habitación del hotel es más grande de lo esperado y bastante cómoda. La recepcionista puede hablar inglés. También fueron amables al guardarnos el equipaje después de la salida.
