If you're on a budget trip, this is the hotel for you. Just don't expect too much because of the price considering the breakfast is also included. Btw, i super loved the rice in their breakfast and good thing there's hot shower too! 😂 The location is great. 5-8 mins walk to Iloilo Business park and Festivewalk. Felt even safe because of the police visibility in the area.

Номер брали на сутки для транзита через Рохас. Для этой цели он вполне подходит. Удобства минимальные : вместо душа ёмкость с водой и ковшик. Мебель простая, но матрас на кровати хороший, полочки для посуды и шкаф для одежды есть. Мыло и туалетная бумага в наличии. Рекомендуем на 1-2 ночи. Местоположение отличное.

staffs are very easy to approach , they are all kind and always wear smile in their face. The location is also convenient since there's a lot of food store outside the hotel and the cleanliness of the hotel is 10/10. Over all it's safe to stay in Urban Hotel.

Reasonable price. Location accesible to most modes of transportation plying within the city. A stone' throw away from the Manduriao Bussiness District.

The best thing about Island Inn is definitely its location—just a short walk from D'Mall and surrounded by plenty of dining options. It’s a strategic spot if you want easy access to Boracay’s lively center. The room was simple but comfortable. Nothing fancy, but it had the essentials. I booked through Trip.com and got a great deal, so overall, it felt like solid value for money. Hotel Highlights - Value: Budget-friendly without compromising on convenience - Room Amenities: Includes a bedside table and drawer, but no cabinet. Comes with AC, TV, water heater, and kettle. No extras like a hair dryer or other electronics. - Safety: There’s a security guard on duty, which adds peace of mind. - Walkability: You’ll need to walk through a narrow alley to reach the property. It’s manageable, but vehicles can’t enter.

Хорошее местоположение, тихо и спокойно, но, в то же время, пешком пройтись по пляжу до тусовочных мест ~ 15 минут. Пляж рядом с отелем ежедневно убирают, мы бронировали данное место из-за красивого вида из номера + расположения, жили на 3-м этаже. Остались довольны, номер убирали ежедневно, есть вкусные завтраки с оплатой на месте, персонал очень приветливый и поможет с любым вопросом. Если идти в сторону скал от отеля, то там будут ещё почти безлюдных 2 пляжа. Думаю, что в следующий раз вернёмся сюда, так как нам всё понравилось)

Во первых, отличное местоположение, пенная доступность от всего (white beach, d mall, набережная), при этом достаточно тихая местность, НО прям под окнами церковь, в которой очень часто проходят концерты, до поздней ночи… В номерах чисто, НО за 5 ночей у нас убирались один раз, и то это мы попросили Завтра на любителя, порционно, местная кухня (рис, яйцо и гарнир на выбор) Очень любезные работники, всегда были готовы помочь ! В целом рекомендую!

Stayed there for 5 days and 4 night . The staff we're great . If you love to meet new people specially foreign one this would be a good choice. Though I am not , but I pretty have a great stay there so a big thumps up. They also activities everynight/everyday. I absolutely love the Karaoke night, It's Monday by the way ( yehey!!!) , I guess this is the only night on the hotel that I had contribution to the noise pollution ( a little bit kidding ) 😅😅😅. Though the foods is a but pricey but quiet very good . Oh a big thank you to Haze and Kai ( I am not sure if I spell it out right ). Thank you for assisting and I guess for listening to our after hour request . Always stay cool and friendly. Will definitely recommend this and will definitely want to stay there again .

Casa La Banca ... la estancia perfecta en el paraíso. La habitación estaba limpia, era cómoda y tenía una vista brillante. El personal es personal, recuerda sus nombres y está feliz de ayudarlo con cualquier cosa. Charlar con el gerente siempre fue un placer. Una buena selección de desayuno de estilo local y occidental junto a la piscina, acompañado por un personal feliz y encantador. Por alguna razón, la gente está promocionando la zona 1 como la mejor. Pero lo encontramos desolado. La zona 2 es buena para grupos de amigos, pero La Banca está perfectamente situada en la zona más tranquila de la zona 3 mientras está justo en la playa. Un retiro encantador para parejas. Honestamente, no puedo pensar en nada negativo. Cuando vuelva a Boracay, definitivamente me quedaré en La Banca :)
