A perfect hotel. The location of the hotel is really good, located very near to the broken bridge. You can even see North Korea from the hotel. The bedroom was very comfortable and clean. The boss is a really great person and she made me feel welcome. She is always smiling ! I really recommend staying here !

Muy recomendable si vives solo. La habitación no es grande, pero es suficiente para una persona. Se siente muy seguro. Leí críticas antes de decir que la insonorización es normal, pero después de mi experiencia, pensé que era aceptable y no perturbaría mi descanso. Sin embargo, al ser un albergue juvenil, hay una ligera falta de insonorización. Es aceptable y no. grave. Muy rentable y adecuada. La hermana de la recepción tiene muy buena actitud y es muy amable. La habitación está bastante limpia y el televisor puede transmitir la pantalla. Solo hay un baño en el primer piso, lo cual es un poco incómodo. Sería bueno si hubiera un baño que funcionara en el segundo piso. Pero la experiencia en general es realmente buena. La ubicación es muy buena. Está muy cerca de la estación de metro. Muy satisfecho con esta elección, las instalaciones de hardware populares son perfectas, la casa inteligente entera y muy cómoda! ¡Más importante es que el servicio no es provocable! El jefe es entusiasta y invitado, además de café gratuito.

This hotel is not really minsu or homestay but it's a budget hotel that offers best value for money. The lady boss had upgraded my room with an attached bathroom. Overall, all the rooms were newly renovated and sparkling clean. Although nobody comes to clean the room, you can request them to do so. Two things I noticed in most hotels or hostels are the hotel/hostel allowed guests to smoke inside the hotel but not in the room. The guests wore dirty shoes inside the room and hotel lobby which annoyed other guests and hotel staff to clean them daily. I suggested that the hotel management does have no smoking in all areas and no wearing your own shoes or slippers inside the hotel and room. The bathroom fittings are brand new and have hot/ cold water shower.

6月15號有馬拉松，起點在瀋陽和平杯世界足球公園。所以和朋友在距離較近訂住宿的地方。賓館設施、衞生也還可以，唯一就是雙人標間沒有窗户，比較悶，需要開空調換氣。樓下沒有停車位，來的時候開車在1公裡外才勉強找到停車的地方。樓下就是菜市場，買水果，吃早餐都方便。

週末帶孩子來瀋陽旅遊，在網上收到一家性價比挺高的的賓館，看着評價挺高，不虛此行，還真的不錯，一進大門，就感覺好像回家得感覺，前台特別有親和力，漂亮姐姐很熱情，幫我拿行李，房間也非常的乾淨，雖然不大但五臟俱全，啥都有，賓館了還有一衹會溜達的小鳥，還有一衹可愛的胖柯基，還有一衹大胖貓，我家孩子可喜歡了，玩的可開心，周邊飯店也很多挺方便的，我們開車，停車也特別方便，推薦這家賓館

I had a difficult task😃: to arrange an inexpensive vacation for the May holidays in China. This hotel (although I would rather call it a guesthouse) offered very reasonable prices, so I chose it. It is conveniently located – a 15-minute walk from the train station. It turned out that breakfast was also included in the price, which was a pleasant surprise for me. Everything was very tasty. To sum up – if you are looking for a budget option, don't want to stay somewhere outside the city, and hostels where you sleep with strangers are not for you, you can't find a better option. If I am in Shenyang again (and I really liked the city), I will very likely choose this hotel again.
