I really did not enjoy this stay as it is over a mile from the train station and a mile and a half from the lake and most of the things you want to see. It is a dingy facility that had loud people constantly coming in and out. There are no staff on site and someone booked a room and was unable to get his keys and was complaining loudly in the hall that no one that ran the place would help him. I had trouble getting the light in the bathroom to turn on as it came in intermittently. The first morning no hot water in the shower but the second morning there was adequate hot water. This place is the pits really and in the end I wish I had spent the extra $20USD a night for a better place.

Everything is going k, but bed is not comfortable for me and also because there’s no air conditioning,you need to open the window thus too noisy

チェックイン、チェックアウトの際に人と顔を合わせる必要が無いのはありがたいです。しかし、泊まる当日までメールが来ず、当日の昼過ぎにようやくメールが送られてきました。

チェックイン、チェックアウトは対面式ではない。 屋外にキーボックスが2機あり、1機はうまく作動せずにいきなり焦り。 通りがかりの人が、あれこれ操作をしてくれるやっとキーをゲット。 中の設備、駅からの距離を考えると少し評価は落ちるのか。

報到要提前準備，離車站有一段距離，整體還算滿意

酒店位置很好，入住前出了點小插曲，沒收到酒店郵件，聯繫客服，迅速解決。

Me hospedé durante el mes de Noviembre 2021 en uno de estos apartamentos. La experiencia fue realmente espantosa y desearía no haber reservado nunca aquí. Algunos de los motivos: - Entraron en mi habitación (con llave) mientras estaba fuera y me robaron el móvil y dinero en efectivo - Me encontré 2 condones usados en el suelo (ver fotos adjuntas) - Una sábado sobre las 4 de la mañana había un ruido insportable en el portal, siendo imposible dormir - En general el servicio de limpieza es prácticamente nulo - La higiene de las lavadoras deja mucho que desear; preferí no lavar mi ropa ahí durante mi estancia de un mes - Casi no hay utensilios de cocina (ejemplo: 1 tenedor, no más) - Hacía frío en la habitación; calefacción no regulable En conclusión, una experiencia horrible.

Property was dirty, smelled like cigarettes, not as shown on photos, shower door was broken, didnt get the WIFI password until the second day. Room was very hot! No fans. On a more positive note, the location is good; close to tram stop and coffee shop.

I booked this room to stay two days in Zurich. To be honest it was very disappointing for me. There was no soap to wash hands or no shampoo or anything to get clean. Also the facility doesn’t have anything you can find in every facility like even a glass to drink water. If you just want to sleep and be outside whole day then yeah you can book but if you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy your trip then do not advice this facility.

It was an emergency booking, booked yesterday for today. Already by the booking I sensed that something was off. As I needed assistance with the booking I wrote an e-mail at 4:50 PM. After half an hour they didn't answer. It can happen if you're busy. So I tried to call them at 5:20 but nobody picked up. I tried again at 5:45, still nobody picked up. After that I created a new account to be able to book the Studio and the website gave a note saying that I would receive the e-mail confirmation with the check-in instructions in a few minutes. After 20 minutes I didn't receive anything and called again. This time they surprisingly answered the call and I told them about it. They said that it usually takes from 40 minutes to an hour to get the confirmation, then asked for my name and sent it to me "manually". I checked in at 2:05 today and as I open the door I got taken by a smell of closed/unused room. The sight wasn't better: it wasn't the Studio that I booked. So I called again and tried to explain, but the (teenager? sounded like one based on the voice) employee passive-aggressively told me that it's my own fault if I look at the photos on the homepage and book another studio. I answered him that the photos were on the reservation and he raised his voice and told me again the same thing, at which point I also raised my voice and told him to calm down and listen. He then shouted "Calm down? you don't tell me to calm down!" and then hung up the phone in my face. I think I'll check if there are some legal ways to get my money back.
