酒店裝修豪華有格調，房間寬敞，設施較新，空調燈光設計合理，落地窗的設計，房間裏一覽舟山城景。前台服務也很周到，入住就可以添加微信客服，因為白天玩的較晚，晚上很遲了微信諮詢問題也一直在線回答，帶小朋友入住，各種額外的要求也都能很好滿足。最後酒店套餐也很實惠，附送咖啡，雞尾酒等等。唯一美中不足的地方，就是浴室太大了，最好能放一個置物架，否則拿衣服毛巾的不太方便。

Excellent. The quality is really good compared to the price. The breakfast is very decent. The cake at the cafe is nice. Complimentary tea & cookies at the lobby are very good. When we saw the tea table at the business corner. We instantly fell in love with it and asked the receptionist to use it. Too bad that it’s private and not in use. But she offered to bring tea set to our room for us too. Full Chinese tea set. I’m totally mind blowing. The best hotel and area I’m staying so far during my trip to China (Beijing, Hangzhou, Tianjin, Xi’an)

Very friendly and helpful reception counter services. And vegetarian lunch was available in the resort hotel restaurant at CNY39 per person. I would highly recommend to spend a night here and spend at least half a day to visit the Kuan Yin Fa Jie 普陀山观音法界. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The furnishing was new and looked fresh. 2 bottles of water and basic toiletories were provided (except shaver). Less than 10m walk to Wugongshi Wharf.

Hotel has good location. There is free shuttle service from the port to the hotel. Outside the hotel has many restaurants and is near the temple. The staff is very accomodating especially 石志勇先生. His service and assistance helped our stay become very comfortable and convenient.

特意選的位置方便的酒店，但是沒想到根本無法休息，酒店給的一間離普濟寺最近的房間3323，樓層也是最高的。這間房每天早上2點多起就能聽到樓下來上早課阿姨的説話聲，三點開始普濟寺裏所有聲音一直到5點半早課結束，六點左右聲音就小點了。重要的是感覺酒店沒有那麼多客人，但是不知道前台知不知道這個位置這麼吵，為什麼不徵求一下我們住客的意見，服務太差了，以後不會選擇這家酒店，建議不去早課的人不要住他家，無法休息！

這家酒店真的讓我非常驚喜！從踏入大堂的那一刻起，就能感受到它的高品質和專業服務，大堂裏的沉香味道很好聞。房間設施設備高檔齊全，原木風設計給人一種舒服的感覺，床墊很軟，床品也很不錯，漢斯格雅的衞浴，戴森吹風機，感覺處處是用心。管家們專業度很強，熱情有禮，總能在第一時間滿足我的需求，服務名不虛傳，必須給這個酒店一個大大的好評！也給管家們點贊[強]餐飲也非常美味，種類豐富，食材非常新鮮，衞生也很棒，無可挑剔！下次來還會選擇這裏，也祝願大家越來越好～

人家説去普陀是會有求必應的，我感覺酒店的客服小哥哥/姐姐就這麼的一個存在！！他們回覆特別的及時，有什麼問題都會積極解決。酒店的佈局特別的好，還有個小庭院，在庭院坐坐聊聊天，格外的舒服。酒店的中餐廳也好好吃，晚餐晚餐我們都會在酒店解決。特別是一進酒店，聞到淡淡的香味，整個人都特別的refresh！還有接送車的小李哥哥，特別的熱情周到，這次在柏沅的入住讓我更加的愛上普陀！

第三次住了，感覺一次比一次好。 碼頭班車直送酒店，下來有人接行李，冰飲料。 前台直接升房，門僮送到房間。已經很滿意了 這次感受了下送餐服務，雖然加收15%服務費，但是全程按我們要求來，菜量也很大。 退房方便，溝通順暢，來普陀山第一選擇
