La ubicación del hotel es excelente y especialmente preferida cuando participan en el evento de bicicleta. La gestión del hotel fue muy amable para permitir un check-out tardío para permitir a los participantes del evento que se eche de acuerdo.

Good location, no beach, but at least with a car easy to go to nice beaches in short time. Otherwise in the middle of lots of restaurants, outlets and entertainment Cleanliness: Well.... 4-5 stars for the a bit old but well maintained (and for kids lovely decorated) room. 1-2 stars for the restaurant with sticky floor, sticky tables and for 2nd floor lobby toilet max. 1 star. Main issue and absolutely not Hilton standard: the breakfast. Neither Chinese (my wife is Chinese and tried it) nor western food meet any Hilton standards. No fresh fruit juice, old and dirty coffee machines. The staff was very helpful though and tried to soften the obvious issues. Which leds to the conclusion: this hotel seems to have a severe management problem. I would rather not choose it again. Especially as it was way too expensive. We paid 1700+ RMB per night (2 adults, one kid) including said breakfast.

El jefe es muy entusiasta, vino a buscarnos personalmente, nos ayudó a planificar el camino y recomendó un lugar delicioso. La habitación está en el pueblo, y es que tenemos lluvia en los dos días que vienemos, algo de humedad. Esta otoño se siente mucho mejor.

真實評價，已經忘了這是第幾次入住了，但這次入住的感覺比之前幾次都不好。首先前次入住住到了副樓，所以訂房前特地打電話問主樓的名稱，然後被轉到訂房中心告知不要在攜程下單，攜程訂房沒有早餐，他們這邊訂房可以送早餐，我想着這樣也可以，就告知可以預訂，結果他們訂房中心就衹發了一個訂房的短訊，沒有任何房型訊息和價格，我想想這要是到時無憑無據的，我找誰説的清。起碼攜程訂房任何訊息都是清晰明瞭的，而且攜程雖然沒有早餐，但是便宜100元，我還可以用攜程星級升級房型和早餐。所以還是改成在攜程上面訂房，但是這樣之後，就可以感受到酒店對攜程旅客的不支持，來了酒店之後，被當面要求付款200元房間按金，這是作為攜程星級顧客從來沒有過的，我拒絕之後也就沒收按金，但看到其他沒拒絕的客人還是被收取了。 再説説房間，這次提前注意，所以入住了主樓，主樓的木地板有些年頭了，很多劃痕，地板之間的縫隙也比較大，黑乎乎的。馬桶上也有印子，不知道什麼東西刮的。淋浴和馬桶是分開獨立的，但是洗個澡還是會有水流到馬桶那邊。最搞不懂的設計是和房間之間隔着的夾紙玻璃，透明程度還是可以衞生間那邊換衣服一覽無餘。 床品都還可以，是我喜歡的軟硬程度，大概在普陀山暴走，所以入睡還比較快。 入住後會有歡迎水果，兩個香蕉和幾個小番茄。房間垃圾桶不夠大，整體房間也算可以，標間目測不會太小活動不開。房務經理還不錯，處理事情及時周到。 之前來普陀山次次忘記拿打火機，原來酒店這邊有，出門前拿一下就可以，不用在寺廟裡到處找點火。 後來還在酒店前台換了100元的零錢，基本夠用了。 應該裝修也有幾年了吧，最初入住的時候剛裝修不久，印象挺好的，後來連續幾次都在這裏住。但這次是印象最不好的一次。希望酒店能及時改善，加強和攜程的合作配合。

The location is tremendously convenient for travelers as it is just next to the bus transit station as well as Fa Yu Shi. It is highly recommended to stay here should you be spending a leisure time traveling in the north of Putuoshan Mountain as it will be taking up a day or 2 to go around the places nearby the Hotel. The breakfast @ the Hotel Restaurant was best and we really enjoy the food being served. The hotel service provided is no doubt to be superb.
