Check in and check out was prompt Breakfast is value for money Hotel room was very large and clean (Premiier Queen Room) water pressure and toilet bowl functioned well had toothpaste and brush amenity, slippers available location of hotel is close to many restaurants and short taxi drive away from other shops improvements 1.need to add a garbage bin in washroom area and not just next to the toilet 2.side vanity mirror in washroom was useless as the arms cannot extend closer to your face to view 3. door to toilet bowl was very hard to open... due to air pressure. 4. toilet bowl is so stuffy with no ventilation 5. provide more than 1 toilet roll 6. bathtub has no side handles... difficult and slippery to get in and out of bathtub 7.room was so big as compared to the TV display size 8. USB cable provided to charge phone was slow 9. check into a non smoking room on 9th floor, but hallway had lots of smoke smell from guests who were smoking in their room. hotel needs to manage this better 10. front desk should provide a spare key card to open the air conditioning even when not in the room 11. Do not disturb light is useless without a key card 12. room included transportation benefit of up to 10KM... but need to book at least 2 hours in advance... so could not use as can't plan for such a short trip in such a short time.... may as well take a taxi . also included laundry for 5 items... can't use for a 1 day trip. consider other benefits for short term customers

Dear Hotel Management, I am writing to formally express my strong dissatisfaction and safety concerns regarding my stay at your 5-star hotel from February 19 to February 21, 2026 (check-out on February 21, the fifth day of ***** New Year). 1. Room & Amenity Issues We booked a double room and clearly informed you in advance that three people would be staying. However, the room was only prepared for two people: • Only 2 sets of slippers and towels were provided • Only 4 pillows were available for 3 guests We requested extra pillows, but were told it was not possible due to the hotel being fully booked. Even on the second night, we only received one extra pillow after repeated requests. As a 5-star hotel, we were also disappointed that no coffee or tea amenities were provided at all — only an electric kettle was available. 2. Serious Lift Safety Issues On check-out day, the lift service was extremely poor and unsafe. Although the hotel has six lifts, but we had to wait for a long time. The remaining lifts stopped at every single floor, resulting in extremely long waiting times. Worst of all, one lift suddenly stopped and got stuck between floors. We were trapped inside for about 1–2 minutes with no movement. There were only 12 people in the lift, but the notice clearly stated the maximum capacity was 21 people. We were only able to exit because the lift finally opened at the 17th floor. This incident caused great panic and serious safety concerns among all guests inside. 3. Response from Staff I reported this dangerous lift incident to your staff during check-out. I was told that the lifts had been inspected before the holiday. I do NOT accept this explanation. As a guest paying for 5-star service and facilities, I experienced: • Inadequate room preparation for 3 guests • Poor amenities • Extremely inconvenient lift service • A dangerous lift malfunction that trapped guests I demand a proper explanation and official response from your management regarding the safety failure and the poor service during my stay.

Location is good.  Lot’s restaurants & Hotel staff very helpful and friendly.  Service excellent.   Also there a bus service to Shenzhen city.

Unexpectedly found Mingzuo Hotel is great and in good location of Zhongshan. The staff are polite and friendly. The price of the hotel room is not expensive and good for holidays and golfing.

Buffet Breakfast 😋

The room is big and clean. They have bottle water for the guest every day. Our package includes two free coffee at the restaurant We stayed during xmas and the lobby was decorated with a big xmas tree and light music in the lobby during the afternoon coffee time.

Nice breakfast and bedroom, many restaurants and massage shops nearby

Good location, a big shopping mall is only 10 mins walk away, facilities are good and staff service is excellent.

The room size was big enough and the price was reasonable in that area. The buffet breadfast have lots of choice. The lobby was grand

Hotel is excellent value for the size and the decoration. Suggest you get premium rooms which only cost a little more as these tend to be newly renovated.
