Hotel is in good location. But amenities are old. Coffee was terrible at breakfast.

It is located in the city centre, and the hotel has a huge lobby. The room is spacious and has a nice view to the river. We ordered 3 food deliveries and all were delivered to us promptly by an automated robotic system. The bathroom is old and worn, not clean enough as a 5-star hotel unfortunately.

Situated in the centre. Overall are good and the the staff are very nice, room are clean and tidy. Especially, a warm reception from Kelly Dai in the front desk😆

The location is very good, and very convenient to visit old town and evening walking. But the breakfast is standard, not the usual quality by Sheraton.

The hotel is located at the city center of Zhongshan which is quite convenient to go to most of the tourist sites. The breakfast is good with varieties. I will stay again next time I visit Zhongshan.

Our stay at the Hotel was pleasant and comfortable. The supply of mineral water and toilet items was well maintained. We were satisfied with the services throughout the period. Thanks to Ms Mary Ma, Guest Service Manager, for up-grading our accommodation to the 25/f and her kind offer of complimentary breakfast for 3 daily. The overall attentiveness and care to customers, Ms Ma in particular, were appreciated. We will come back again for our holidays in the future. Your successful hotel management is congratulated. My experience to Sheraton this time starts from the moment upon my arrival to the location. Door man was helpful and offered help if there's any need for luggage transfer. Check-in process was smooth and efficient. The check-in representative (William) was truly professional and greet me as a returned customer to Sheraton, which I feel honor for being accepted and welcomed. On the other hand, he realized I am a frequent biz traveller around the world. He introduced various hotel facilities professionally to relate my business opportunity, which is very smart of him. He also grades the buffet breakfast is well suitable for family and biz related occasions. It was another wonderful experience to stay in Sheraton together with my family.
