The facility is very new. The environment is very clean. The staff is very nice. Feel very comfortable. The room is big enough. I like it.

The room is rather spacious with over 50 sq. m. The room interior design is simple, elegant and modern, especially the showerroom. Every amentities in the room works well though not very new. The variety and quality of foods and drinks provided for breakfast can be improved further to make the guests feel more satisfying.

When I checked in around 23:00 that night, there was no one at the main entrance lobby, and all the lights were off, giving us the initial impression that the hotel was closed. The front desk is located at the back of the main entrance. The staff members are well-mannered. Particularly, the breakfast staff provided excellent service, were proactive, and maintained a welcoming atmosphere. The food was good overall, and my experience was positive, except for the lighting arrangement at night. I would visit it again.

Very quiet area. Good front desk service. Room was big and clean as I liked. The trip.com customer service Huey was great got my refund sorted for the second room.

Air -con is not cool enough, so hot. The location is not convenient, no shops nearby.

Room is big & comfy bed. Staff are friendly & helpful. The only thing is you need to walk a bit to eateries and not much around.

Got into the room after checked in & noticed that the toilet has no toilet paper !! Also noticed while taking shower that the bottles contain shampoo & shower gel are almost empty!! Breakfast was a bit messy, due to not enough staff to clean or to replenish the food items & they serve cold Dim sum because the kitchen didn't steam them long enough before being served to the guests Apart from the above , most of the staffs are friendly & polite

There are a few Atour hotels in Zhongshan. We meant to book the one close to Xingzhong plaza - the one in Fuhua Road but mistakenly booked this one because of the "Xingzhong Plaza" in the name. Hotel is located further from shopping malls and restaurants. Room is spacious and clean. Toilet is separate from shower so more efficient as 1 guest can use the toilet while the other can shower. Staff is polite and helpful, esp the staff on night duties. Hotel offers free porridge supper from 9.30pm to 11pm - good for those who had early dinner and are hungry by 10pm. Laundry room needs more washing machines and dryers - currently only 3 machines and dryers for entire hotels. So, may have to Q to do laundry late into the night.

Very nice front desk service and excellent breakfast

Staffs are friendly and have all the information at the finger tips. Food delivery to door steps is by robot.

Hotel is overall very good, staff is very polite and helpful, especially 嵐upgraded my room without any extra cost as he said my room is a bit too small.
