The experience was good of the hotel room, the price is reasonable and the room is clean and spacious. The location of hotel is also at the good place near the xijin ferry and city down town.

Hotel was okay, but we didn’t have the window, and lights were not to bright. We were staying just 1 night, but if you wanna stay for long term, check the room with windows :) it was not too far from the railway station, and closed to the place have a lot of places that you can visit

Members of staff at the hotel, including receptionists, are very nice and friendly, welcoming my arrival, greetings 'Hello' every time with big smile on their face. My stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. HOWEVER, there is only one small problem. When you book a room, please check very carefully if the room you are booking has a window or not. On the Trip.com site, it says; 'Has a window' 'Partially has a window' 'A fixed window' or something like this. Not only see some photos of the rooms on the website, but also carefully check if the room you are booking surely has a window or not. When I checked-in, I was told that my room had NO window. It was O.K. if you were in your room only to sleep, because the room is large enough, clean enough and comfortable enough. Nothing is wrong with the room itself at all. However, I found on the following morning that I could not see how the weather was like until I actually went outside, because I could not see outside from the window.

Good hotel in good location. And it is quiet facing community zone.

The air conditioning unit was old and a bit difficult to operate.

Good service overall. Nice and friendly receptionists at checkin.

地理位置優越，去哪裡都很方便，可以步行至西津渡景區，周邊吃的也挺多；原預訂房間沒有窗户，經過協調，前台小姐姐給分配了有窗的房間，很感謝。前台小姐姐也很熱情，溝通順暢（問了稱呼，姓汪還是蔣？一玩給忘了，不過可以確定的是1月1號晚六點左右值班的）。綜合起來，性價比還可以。。。

酒店門口的街沿上就可以免費停放車輛，酒店離西津渡景區步行衹有一千米酒店，熱水、空調都很給力，前台美女也很客氣。

前台服務熱情周到，酒店門口公交方便，酒店空調時間較久，開啟不方便，第一次開啟酒店人員幫着開的，第二次開啟試了好幾遍才開啟，住的這間客房沒有窗户，價格也便宜。

前台很nice升級了豪華大床房，房間比較大，很乾凈，衞生間乾濕分離，洗澡水沒有忽冷忽熱，一直都是熱的，酒店地理位置很好，離景點都不遠。

出門走沒多久就可以去西津渡後門英國舊領事館出口處。門口的大西路上民國時期建築可以看看。門口的2路公交車直接去火車站，或者金山寺，西津渡。也可乘123路去北固山。交通方便！

環境：在兩條路的交叉口，離西津渡走路大概十幾分鍾。 衞生：衞生還可以，沒看到明顯的污跡灰塵 服務：沒怎麼麻煩酒店人員，沒有感受 設施：設施不算新，但乾淨就好。空調感覺有點老沒有用
