Valoraciones de Tianmen Villa

Fue una estancia decente, cerca del aeropuerto (ofrecen servicio gratuito de recogida y regreso) y a un corto trayecto en taxi hasta la montaña Tianmen. El conductor se ofreció a llevarme al Parque Nacional Zhangjiajie por 300 yuanes, lo cual es demasiado caro. También le pregunté si el desayuno era una opción adicional y dijo que no, pero la señora de la recepción dijo que tenía desayuno gratis incluido (me había perdido dos desayunos porque dijo que no). El piso no estaba tan limpio y no quería caminar descalzo, y además había pelos en el lavabo que no eran míos. Pero si necesita un lugar para quedarse cerca del aeropuerto, ¡este lugar le irá bien!

Friendly staff even though they're aren't good in English,very good breakfast. Comfy bed.

The Location is on a Hill but really near the Airport. I had to wait 15-30 minutes to check in and also check out the hotel because there was like never a person and the reception. The rooms havent got any proper toilets just the holes and the bed sheets had a lot of stains… But the little resort where the appartmenta located where really beautiful with the lights and stuff. Litarally noone spooke english

The nice traditional Chinese hotel is ideally located about 10 minutes from the airport so it’s perfect to stay in soon after landing in Zhangjiajie. With a call, hotel will arrange a pick up service for you which is convenient as taxis are hard to come by in the evening. The hotel overlooks the airport so you can see the planes take off and land, which is a nice view to go out to. The housekeepers are kind, helpful and very attentive. If you want to communicate with them though best have a translation app ready as they’re not fluent in English. Amazing service though once you cross the language barrier! Rooms are clean and wifi is good! Environment is quite homely and feels like you’re in China. Would definitely recommend. One thing I would recommend is to NOT use Didi to get there. The route in the app is off road and drivers get lost.

Very nice and cozy hotel! It’s right by the airport, the hotel can pick you up for free. The lady is very nice. They told us a story, that once they couldn’t communicate with a foreigner due to a language barrier, and there was a misunderstanding. The foreigner didn’t understand he will be picked by the hotel’s car, and climbed up by himself. While the owners couldn’t use the translator to explain that they will pick him up. So they got a 1 star feedback, which very unfair. So please use the Baidu translator, the owners are very nice people 😊 Also they upgraded our room to a bigger a better one😇

Hotel itself looks not bad . Location seemed to be good , but every time you call didi - all the drivers drive you by weird roads which are always on construction . So 10 min trip May lasts hour or more ( mine was 1.5 hour) Any person in stuff don’t speak or understand English , so they were not helpful with necessities. And final . My flight was early morning and I noticed hotel stuff in advance about early check out . Morning , I realized that all gates are closed and I can’t get out . So I climbed over the wall to set myself free. I would not recommend this stay

🌟👍🌟至今為止最滿意的一次住宿體驗。 服務特別周到，每個人都很熱情❤️🔥。 本來是買的最便宜的大床房，用攜程積分很順利的升級了房型，還是雙床👍 早餐很用心，是現做的。 柚子園太治癒了，衹可惜衹住一夜，沒能在柚子園裡吃飯喝茶。 有機會來張家界市，一定再來住幾天🫰

這個地方在機場後面的山上，出門就能看到機場，再遠點能看到天門山，甚至自己從小路溜達一下就到機場了，住那裡的好處就是不用擔心堵車算時間了，園林式的住宿有點度假的感覺

親子房很大。乾淨衞生，有孩子的遊樂區 。設施齊全。可以接送機。菜好吃，服務熱情。一進門就能看見廚房，收拾的特別乾淨。還有烤串，烤全羊，山莊還可以唱K。房頂看天門山和飛機起飛。旅行度假的不二選擇，關鍵是還可以訂到優惠的門票。

房間洗漱台下麪都有一個煙頭，説明衞生不行 設施的話，電視能打開，但遙控器毛用都沒有 服務，入住的時候沒看到廁所有紙，呼叫前台後，有打掃衞生的阿姨來送紙，結果很不情願，不就兩捲紙嘛，當時入住了不然我早就走了！反正入住體驗很一般！

環境不錯，農家小院風，感覺温馨。適合家庭親子出遊入住。裏面有餐廳和小孩娛樂設施挺方便的。 有接送機服務
