La ubicación del famoso hotel es muy buena. Está cerca de la puerta sureste del parque forestal. Puede caminar hasta la entrada del lugar escénico en unos diez minutos. Hay un estacionamiento. Su familia también puede pedir platos locales de Tujia. El sabor es excelente. Nadar en la piscina, jugar en el agua, también puede ver pequeños lugares escénicos en el parque forestal junto a la piscina. El servicio es muy entusiasta. También está Dali (perro perro) que está muy entusiasmado. Durante el Año Nuevo chino, llevé mi Xiaofei a jugar con Dali. Debes vivir aquí de nuevo cuando vuelvas.

This family owned hotel is super friendly to everyone. They have a very good breakfast and helped us with the planing of the trip. The really best thing is, that they always offer you a free coffee or tea during the hole day, a complimentary free pick up service from the airport, duringthe time and return drive to the airport! We absolutely recommend this hotel!

The location is perfect. Walking distance to the National park. The hotel staff were super friendly. They helped us navigate the area, arranged airport transfer and the food was delicious.

I was presently surprise by the service. Owner/staff was very welcoming and given us great insight and solve all our transport concern ! After being in China from Zhengzhou / Wuhan / etc for past 6-7 days, staying here was the perfect experience. Best decision so far to be away from crowd 🙏

I can not praise this hotel enough, it is FANTASTIC! First of all, when I made my booking, a lovely lady (Tang?) connected with me on Wechat. She gave me lots of information, answered all my questions and helped to plan our itinerary. She also offered to purchase our tickets for the National Park in advance. As it turns out, you can no longer do this, but the offer was very nice and thoughtful. When we arrived at the airport, I phoned her and she helped to direct the taxi driver from the airport to the hotel. Check-in was easy and she helped us both get the local QR health codes, which you need to access everywhere in the National Park. The hotel itself is beautiful. Located near the top of the mountain, 5-10 minute walk away from the south gate to the park itself (and a much quieter entrance than both the east and south-east gates). We had a room overlooking the hotel entrance, with a mountain view (everywhere up there is a mountain view!). It was large, clean, with a great shower and a very comfortable bed. I had read other reviews about the hardness of the bed, but ours was super comfortable (Room 8207). Great TV too, with a good choice of programmes. Believe me, after a long day of hiking, it was nice to put our feet up and just unwind. Tea, coffee, water and fruit are provided (coffee has creamer in it, so if you don't drink milk, bring your own). There is also a lovely swimming pool - we had a refreshing swim one evening after a long hike, surrounded by the spectacular view. There is a restaurant in the hotel where you can get evening meals - we are vegan and so Tang helped us to choose vegetable dishes, which were delicious. There is also breakfast included. For us, the choice wasn't so great, but if you do not have any special dietary requirements, there are noodles, bao, sausage, egg, vegetables & fruit. The hotel is great, but I have to say that it is the kind, friendly treatment by everyone there that makes it very special. Each day, Tang would ask us our plan and show us the best route on the map. She also arranged for someone to drop us off and pick us up when we ventured to a different gate. We speak no Chinese at all, and English at the hotel is limited, but with the help of a translation app, we had no problems at all. And the friendliness of everyone is almost overwhelming. I highly recommend this hotel and would DEFINITELY stay here again. *Small note - if you suffer from travel sickness (as I do!) be warned that this area is full of winding mountain roads, so take some sort of medication or treatment with you.

Beautiful hotel. Close to the National Forest Park gates and the staff were so helpful, giving us help organising our day in the Park, dropping us there and to the bus stop the next day. Every area of the hotel was clean and the pool was amazing. Gorgeous views. Breakfast and dinner were also delicious. We loved our stay here.

The host is very helpful and warm hearted. They suggested and arranged many of the sightseeing resources for us. The rooms, jacuzzi and the pools are brilliant. The food is bit expensive and we had some miscommunication about their barbeque offering. They asked if we wanted barbeque and we said yes, but it actually comes as a family pack and we were just two. Also it feels they are very new to hospitality industry.

這個一家非常有格調的名宿酒店，適合自駕遊，家庭出遊。酒店地理位置優越。去玩張家界森林公園非常便利，步行8分鐘，我們這次去遊玩森林公園，第一次去，酒店的楊航帥哥給我們講解地形圖，對於遊玩方便，和舒適性起到至關重要的作用。老闆去高鐵站接了我們，第二天早上又送到景區木梓崗門，進園區遊玩，晚上出園還開始來接了我們。張家界森林公園的遊玩非常感謝🙏
