Near Sydney city, not far, supermarket and restaurants are clear, not a free car park but you can park on the street.

Travelled as a family of 4 adults and 1 toddler. The suite was spacious, clean and comes with 2 bathrooms which was very convenient for our stay. A short walk to East Village where you will have access to F&Bs, supermarkets. Highly recommended if u are travelling in Sydney. We had a car and we could also use their private carpark at a fee.

Excellent service from the front desk Sarah. We arrived late in the evening & ask her for dinner recommendations. She recommended a few places nearby.

Very friendly staff. They could provide more than you needed. The apartment was spacious, and looked very new. Very easy to access to the car park.

Request check out 1130am but only allow 11am only. Made us very rush to pack our things till 1 vest forgotten to collect. Called up to mentioned will arrange to collect back the said vest but refuse to check. Kept saying if something left will email customer. at the end we drop by and insisted to check. Then only found.

The apartment is very large with a living room, a full-equipped kitchen, dish washing machine, dryer and washing machine. It is close to a shopping mall. However, the dish washing machine is too old and it is hardly to see the printing on the button. And the air conditioner of one bedroom is not working.

The accommodation was clean, well equipped, and quiet. Our interaction during our stay was mainly with the front desk and the services received was good. The location was not near any public transportation but was next to a mall with a Cole supermarket which made it very convenient. Overall a good stay.

The bed was very hard and you could hear the traffic noise.

Booked 10 nights for a business trip. Suite is huge and equipped with sufficient amenities for long stays (e.g., kitchen, gym). However, service can be improved. My room phone didn’t work since the first day. Reception came up and said it has to be fixed by the service provider. When asked when it’ll be fixed, the staff said he’s unsure as he has to wait for the service provider to update him. One day, my duvet sheets came off and made me noticed that the duvet was stained. I was grossed out by it so requested for a change, twice. They mentioned that housekeeping missed my request the first time, but after the second notification, they apparently still missed it. Till the last day, the duvet was still unchanged. Hairdryer was really old which emitted a strange whirring motor sound when I used it, but it was still usable. On the second last night, smoke started emitting from the hairdryer. This, the staff manage to rectify the next day…. Overall stay was ok, but service could really be improved.

House keeping was not good.  We requested to clean the room but ended up only replacing towels. Didn't even tidy up bed or vacuum the floor.  It was disappointing.   Check in service was good.  But there was one staff who was not very friendly on the last day when we checked out.

Good location, multiple bus routes to down town, beaches and Circular Quay etc. Just few mins bus ride to UNSW

Great apartment with amenities.

The location is very good .It just takes 3 minutes to walk to the coles. It is very convenient to shop Asian goods and food because there is an Asian supermarket. The facilities are also good for cooking in the room. Hope next trip in meriton hotel.
