Nice host and excellent location 100metre from Train station

Just right in front of Zermatt train station, 5 minutes walk to Gornergrat Railway station, central location , walking distance for food, shopping. Clean environment, big kitchen. Loves Single room with Matterhorn views

As a solo traveler, I find this place perfect for my needs. Located next to train and Gornergrat stations, close to supermarkets. Provides fully equipped kitchen. Personal is extremely helpful and nice. Every time I come to Zermatt, I choose this place and highly recommend it.

Hotel is few steps away from the train station and right in the middle of the business areaIt is a basic, comfortable and clean hotel. It is a good choice to have a good night’s sleep.

Excellent location, just opposite to the main exit of Zermatt Station. Kitchen without oven, cook on stove only. No freezer for chilling ice cream or pre-cooked food. No elevator in the hotel. Room is basic, tidy enough. Got a balcony with some view of the Matterhorn! (Bottom part of the mountain is blocked)

I really like the location! Everything is nice except no lift but understandable if you are looking for short trip.

We had a good stay and enjoyed two nights here!

Clean room with mountain view. The train station is just across the road. Pleasant staff and organised kitchen all ensured my comfortable stay.

Location: Really good location just opposite the Zermatt station and next to the door from Gornergrat bahn station. Not far from COOP. Room: It's good for sleep. Bunk bed is strength not make sound when the upper bed moving and the blanket is warm. The kitchen: Convenience Service: Nice lady and good to support for staying Price: Not expensive to stay and sleep

The hostel is perfect for solo travellers, it was clean and comfortable, and they were super helpful in providing food/hiking recommendations

Close to station and restaurant, also can see a beautiful view in room, nice reception and have a big kitchen downstairs so we can cook. Nice place for every mountaineering Hikers!

這裡是我住過最貴的床位，在瑞士可能是正常價錢。酒店位置十分好，就在火車站對面，相隔一條道路。在酒店旁邊可以看到馬特洪峰，應該某些房間外望也可以看到。四層高的酒店沒有電梯，幸運地我的房間就在地面。 職員友善，願意幫忙。要留意房間的電插座比較特別，不是平面 而是凹入，而且型狀特別，我的轉插頭是圓型，所以不能插入，又沒有USB 插座，最後向接待處求助，他們提供一個轉插頭 解決此問題。我在蘇黎世住宿，亦有相同情況。

大変良い滞在でした。駅から本当にすぐそばで、カードキーで開けるロッカー、大きなキッチン、お湯が出て水圧も十分なシャワー、綺麗な部屋、文句のつけようがありませんでした。チェックアウト後も快く荷物を預かっていただき、カードキー付きロッカーまで貸していただけました。本当にありがとうございました。

安靜 衞生 交通便利 還有公共廚房做飯 很不錯。最震驚的是酒店內部竟然還能看到馬特洪峯，這是這個價格所不敢想的
