This hotel very good location , convenient ,must book room with Matterhorn view from balcony

家族旅行でツェルマットに滞在するにあたり、マッターホルンビューの部屋を予約しました。幸いなことにアップグレードしていただき、晴天も相まって部屋からのマッターホルンの眺めは圧巻でした。星空も瞬くように美しく、朝焼けも素敵で最高の思い出になりました。 朝食も非常に素敵で美味しく、また是非利用したいホテルです。家族や友人にも勧めたいと思います。素敵な思い出をありがとうございました。

這是一次糟糕的入住體驗，尤其是前台服務，過於死板了，很難想象一個一晚上這麼貴的酒店前台管理竟會如此死板，在歐洲入住的每個酒店都會把12歲以下的小童照顧好，衹有這個酒店非要多收取一個人的入住費，最後我們用了不吃早餐來抵扣，離開時想寄存行李時，跟我們説沒有地方存放了，這麼大個酒店竟然不設定寄存的地方？希望好好整改一下人員規範還有房間設定。 This was a terrible stay experience, especially the front desk service, which was far too rigid. It’s hard to imagine that a hotel charging such a high price per night could have such inflexible front desk management. Every hotel I stayed at in Europe took good care of children under 12, but this one insisted on charging an extra person's accommodation fee. In the end, we had to forgo breakfast to offset the cost. When we wanted to store our luggage before leaving, we were told there was no space available—how could such a large hotel not have a luggage storage area? I hope the hotel will thoroughly improve its staff training and room/facility arrangements.

來采爾馬特多次了，第一次住這家酒店，攜帶小朋友入住就算不用額外加床也需要付費，而且不低，主要是在來之前有打電話諮詢過，當時工作人員給的答案是如果不加床就不收取費用，顯然酒店內部沒有統一，或者是見人下菜碟，另外火車站接送也是需要收費，這在采爾馬特其它的酒店裡是沒有遇到過的

景色一絕，房間可以看到馬特洪峯，記得一定要定景觀房，另外酒店人員非常貼心會在入住時講解徒步路線，遊玩攻略，很有幫助。還有spa可以使用，早餐在瑞士算很豐富的。

四星酒店大堂和室外休閑區都挺温馨，送迎賓香檳，需要也可火車站接送。房間和衞生間都還乾淨舒適，服務也熱情。 缺點啊:1, 酒店大門是正對河邊一大片墓地，雖然瑞士墓地都有花有草，不驚悚，但介意的要注意房間朝向。 2, 12歲以上加床180瑞朗太貴了！都可旁邊酒店訂個單間了。慎！

A beautiful first impression as we were greeted by the owners son who guided us to the veranda for a welcome drink as our bags were quickly taken to our room. He met us back outside where we were enjoying the view and asked if we had any questions about our stay. He brought some maps for us and kindly made recommendations based on our questions The room was well appointed and the view was amazing! We had a cozy deck with a view of the Matterhorn. Everyone was friendly and helpful during our stay. The breakfast buffet was amazing! The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. Also the location was perfect! We could have asked for a better stay. THANK YOU!

Our main priority in finding a good hotel in Vermont was one that had a view of the Matterhorn. We researched quite a few and decided this was our best bet - if we picked the Matterhorn view room - which we did We were not disappointed! The hotel itself is in a great location within walking distance of all of the shops and restaurants just down the hill from the beautiful church whose bells ring regularly. The view out of our bedroom window was spectacular. But In addition the hotel itself is completely charming, the service is friendly warm and welcoming, It has a very nice aroma when you walk in …they told us it was the wood and there is typical Swiss woodwork everywhere. There is an attractive reception area combined with a bar area, where they serve drinks and snacks in the evening. They have a fitness room and an excellent Spa , which we used and enjoyed. They picked us up at the train station and also took us back when we left. They gave us good recommendations on places to eat . All in all our 3 night stay at the Alalin was exactly what we had hoped!

What a wonderful and warm family style hotel we found here. Extremely friendly and helpful staff could not do enough for us each day. Breakfast was sumptuous and diversified. Immaculate property, rooms and all public spaces. A warm fire burns in the lobby every afternoon and evening.

Overall nice experience and well kept hotel lobby and rooms, however spa sauna has room for improvement, specially in a health and safety aspects.

I love this little hotel. The staff were terrific, the room clean and quaint, the breakfast very nice, great location. When we return to Zermatt we will return to Allalin.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was the perfect hotel! The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. They offered us welcome champagne, rides to and from the train station, helped us with ski rentals and tickets and were always available for questions. The room was clean, quiet, and the view of the matterhorn was stunning. The breakfast was delicious. The spa was a great way to relax after skiing and the use of the ski locker was a great surprise. The tv did not always work which was the one downside. The hotel was set in the perfect location for walking around town, shops and restaurants. The atmosphere of the hotel was the perfect after skiing upscale vibe. The price was resaonable for the accommodations! We can’t wait to come back. 10/10 would recommend staying at the Allalin Swiss Alpine Hotel!
