Baymont by Wyndham Zanesville

Workers were kind and polite! it was very clean and quite! always willing to fix things or move you when available!

Limited breakfast items. Juice machine broken. Coffee machine broken. Had coffee available from a “Mr. Coffee.”

Rooms were nicely remodeled. Our only complaint would be the coffee and juice machines for breakfast were both not working. They did have a coffee pot they made coffee in. I am assuming these will fixed in the near future. We would stay again.

They were in the middle of remodeling. Thats the only reason I gave them 4 out of 5. Staff was amazing.

Odor in the room, the shower drain was slow, and the morning breakfast was below par. NOT worth the price charged to stay here.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was very quiet. They began a remodel but it is only partial. For example, the bathroom was painted and had a new toilet and shower curtain and rod, but the encasement for the tub/shower was old and cracked and the facet was old. The switch to go from tub to shower didn’t put all the water to the shower so the pressure was low. The new paint job was incomplete with areas not painted. A new mirror was installed but you can see the outline of the old one. They didn’t paint around it. Also, while the filters were clean for the a/c, it still smelled musty. The room was well cleaned except dust in the a/c, but the removable filters were perfectly clean. I tipped the housekeeping because I appreciated the cleanliness. The beds and pillows and bedding were clean and comfortable. It is a smoke free hotel which I loved but employees smoked near the entrance which seemed contrary. They are working on things and are nearly there. Hopefully, they will complete it and it will be an even better place to stay.

The room was dirty. I didn’t even want to walk on the floor barefooted. The bed was very uncomfortable. The staff was great though. This property just needs a total remodel.

Lots of people outside. I assume those staying at the motel. Perhaps the brushes around the building should be trimmed. Front desk clerk was great—personable and friendly.

Remodeling work seems to be in progress. Parking lot is oddly shaped. I used the exercise room and it was very dusty. The tv didn’t work and the sanitizer wipes were dry. They upgraded me at checking and that was nice but I will stay elsewhere when in the area.
