Well, perhaps I'm not fair using the word ”they” in the title, since every single member of the hotel stuff, have been extremely polite. The girls in the spa, the technician, the receptionists, everybody: They have been amazing. So, the destruction, was one man's work only: the hotel owner's, himself. And of course, his guidelines-directions, that the hotel is following, should be held responsible also. I will try to be comprehensive, because if I right in detail everything that happened, I will not be over writing until...tomorrow. I had booked an executive suite for me and my wife for our wedding anniversary (3 nights). The room, costing itself 200€ per night, had a problem with heating: no matter what we tried, the temperature would not rise above 21 degress celsius during our first night (anniversary night). Hotel stuff was informed. Wasn't able to fix this also. When we woke up the next morning, and the heating was operating the whole night, the problem remained. I asked if we could switch to another room with no heating problem. Two different hotel employees, had confirmed already that there was a problem with the heating of my initial room. The receptionist agreed to meet my demand and offered us the chance to switch to the junior suite. But, when I asked how much should I pay, she said that we would have to pay THE SAME price, just like if I was staying in the executive suite , for 3 nights. I responded that this is non-sense, and she replied that she notifies us about the decision the hotel owner himself had made. I requested to see him. And request was granted. Comprehensively: I said that 1) It is non-sense to ask us to pay for the junior suite the same price to the executive suite, which is, among others, 22 square metres larger as a room, especially since the problem was at THEIR end. We already have suffered enough with all this of course, and he should consider this also and leave us transfer to junior suite in peace, for God's shake. He replied in an amazingly rude, hostile and careless manner that :there was no problem with my initial room. The heating system is controlled centrally by the hotel. So I can't modify the temperature myself, because, what if I wanted to reach 30 degrees celsius in my room? So the problem is mine and it is my choice to change room. So I have to pay the whole initial booking, which concerns 3 nights in an executive suite. After alI, I chose their hotel to come, the didn't force me to. I COULD NOT BELIEVE MY EARS. And I wouldn't believe that this could happen in a 5 star hotel in my country. I said that, if so, then 1) Why this is not refered in your website? That we have to stay ”cool” in a winter destination like Zagorohoria and the heating is modified centrally depending on the preferences of the person in the reception? 2) Why then, two different employees of yours confirmed that there is a problem with the room? And why your employees didn't tell me that the heating is controlled

Ας ξεκινήσουμε από τα βασικά. Αυτά που βλέπετε στις φωτογραφίες δεν αντιπροσωπεύουν την πραγματικότητα. Χίλια μπράβο στον φωτογράφο που κατάφερε και έκρυψε το πόσο ερείπιο είναι το κατάλυμα. Συγκεκριμένα: Τα δωμάτια υπερβολικά μικρά, ο ένας πάνω στον άλλον. Τα δωμάτια πενταβρώμικα, σκόνη παντού. Το τζάμι της πόρτας του μπάνιου πιθανώς να μην έχει καθαριστεί ποτέ ( βλέπε συννημένη φωτογραφία ). Ντουλάπες, πενταβρώμικες. Λεκάνη; Είχε αλλάξει χρώμα ο πάτος της, χλωρίνη δεν χρησιμοποιείται ποτέ, ούτε μία μέρα δεν μυρίσαμε κάτι σε χλωρίνη ή κάτι τέλος πάντων που να θυμίζει καθαριότητα. Το κτίριο σε άθλια κατάσταση εξωτερικά ( φθορές - βαψίματα ) αλλά και εσωτερικά καθώς τα έπιπλα ήταν χτυπημένα και είχαν χάσει το χρώμα τους όπως και οι τοιχοι έχουν ξεβάψει στους διαδρόμους. Η αισθητική του ξενοδοχείου επίσης άθλια, παντού κουρτίνες χωρίς λόγο με περίεργα φώτα που δεν βλέπεις το βράδυ στους διαδρόμους. Το δωμάτιο διαθέτει πάρα πολλά φώτα, τα οποία δεν κλείνουν ξεχωριστά, έχουν έναν κεντρικό διακόπτη. Οπότε είτε θα στραβώνεσαι από το φώς είτε δεν θα βλέπεις μπροστά σου. Στην ντουζιέρα βρήκαμε μισοτελειωμένα σαμπουάν από τους προηγούμενους που οι καθαρίστριες δεν είχαν μαζέψει. 3 συνεχόμενες ημέρες, δεν μου έβαζαν πανοσέντονο και έπρεπε να τους παίρνω τηλέφωνο στις 12 το βράδυ να μου φέρουν. Οι καθαρίστριες δεν χρησιμοποιούν ηλεκτρική σκούπα. Σκούπα και φαράσι και άγιος ο Θεος. Την τελευταία μέρα ανέβηκα πίσω στο δωμάτιο μετά το πρωινό και έζεχνε ιδρωτίλα, αναγκαστικά αφήσαμε 10 λεπτά ορθάνοιχτα για να ξεμυρίσει μέσα στο κρύο. Οκ καταλαβαίνω οτι οι άνθρωποι ιδρώνουν όταν καθαρίζουν και κάνουν δουλειές αλλά όχι και έτσι βρε παιδιά, δεν μπορούσαμε να σταθούμε. Μπαλκόνι; Οκ, καρεκλάκια στο μπαλκόνι; Οκ. Τραπεζάκι; Ποτέ, οπότε μπαλκόνι δεν μπορείς να κάτσεις και να θέλεις ( αν θες να κάτσεις σε μπαλκόνι μέσα στην βρώμα, ιστούς αράχνης και σκόνη που δεν έιχε καθαριστεί κυριολεκτικά ποτέ ). Πάμε στο πρωινό: Πρωινό στο υπόγειο ( -1 ) σε τραπέζια 8 ατόμων τα οποία ήταν γεμάτα ψίχουλα και αναγκαστικά θα πρέπει να φάς και με άλλους αγνώστους πρωινό στο ίδιο τραπέζι. Τα φαγητά μπαγιάτικα και πλαστικά, το μόνο ωραίο ήταν το νερό. Χαρτοπετσέτες άφαντες, μόνο αν ζήταγες. Τη Δευτέρα δε, κατεβήκαμε μισή ώρα αφού είχε τελειώσει το πρωινό επειδή κανείς δεν μας είχε ενημερώσει πως τις καθημερινές τελειώνει πιο νωρίς. Φύγαμε και νηστικοί οπότε. Πολλά συγχαρητήρια στον φωτογράφο καθώς κατάφερε εκπληκτικά να καμουφλάρει αυτήν την τρώγλη που αποκαλείτε ξενοδοχείο 4 αστέρων. Και να μας πλήρωναν δεν θα ξαναπηγαίναμε. 200 ευρώ το βράδυ για οικογένεια 3 ατόμων, καλύτερα να τα έκαιγα παρά να τα έδινα σε αυτούς. Αξίζει να σημειωθεί πως το σημαντικότερο πρόβλημα από όλα αυτά είναι η καθαριότητα. Δεν είναι καθαρό, οι καθαρίστριες δεν καθαρίζουν, μπαίνουν 5 λεπτά στο δωμάτιο σου πετάνε 2 σεντόνια και φεύγουν. Προτείνω στη διεύθυνση να αναθεωρήσει το προσωπικό που έχει επιλέξει για την καθαριότητα του καταλύματος. 1 Αστέρι γιατι δεν μπορώ να βάλω 0. Μακριά από το συγκεκριμένο

Localización La ubicación era buena, cerca de cafés, supermercado y tiendas médicas. Sin embargo, es un poco lejos del lago. Las habitaciones fueron muy grandes con todas las instalaciones. El desayuno no era nada especial. Personal Teníamos algunos problemas con el flujo de baño en una mañana y cuando informé lo mismo al personal del hotel me sorprendió su respuesta. En lugar de ayudarme o darme alguna garantía de que se fijará más tarde la respuesta del escritorio frontal fue “qué podemos hacer sobre ella”. El hotel está muy bien situado y se encuentra en una zona de la ciudad, donde el personal de hotel puede tener una impresión negativa sobre usted.

Está ubicado cerca del centro. El edificio tiene varias plantas y todo te retrotrae a un pasado opulento. El personal de recepción es amable y eficiente. Tiene un ascensor lo que es algo insuficiente. Los pasillos no están iluminados y las habitación bien identificadas luminosa en el suelo. La habitación para uso individual tiene unos 30m2. Tiene una distribución cómoda y amplia. La dos camas eran de 0.9m y las almohadas eran cómodas. La insonorización era casi buena, aunque se oía algún ruido del interior. La iluminación era correcta y se podía dejar a oscuras. El mobiliario estaba en buen estado. La TV era de unas 32” y tenía numerosos canales en griego. Había un equipo individual de aire acondicionado que se podía regular. El baño era muy amplio y cómodo. Su iluminación era correcta, quizás faltaba un poco más. La grifería funcionaba correctamente y las toallas eran correctas. El desayuno era correcto para esta categoría, con mucha variedad y cocina en vivo. La wifi no funcionaba muy bien, pues algunos dispositivos no se conectaban, pero se podían conectar varios dispositivos. A uno del grupo le dieron una habitación cuya llave no era una tarjeta, sino un llavín con el que era dificil abrir la habitación y más difícil cerrarla. En resumen, un buen hotel de esta categoría que necesita algunas mejoras.
