Gran hotel El personal de servicio es muy amable.

El hotel proporciona suministros para bebés y niños pequeños, por ejemplo: esterilizador, cama de juegos, bañera, circunferencia de la cama, muy adecuado para familias con bebés. ¡La comida es deliciosa y los ingredientes frescos! Las instalaciones de juegos para niños permiten que los bebés que no pueden jugar en el parque se diviertan 😃 El personal de servicio es muy amable, el ambiente del spa es limpio y cómodo, ¡y puede d**** un buen baño cuando tenga tiempo!

the hotel is good but the staff not approachable they didn't even speak English so that we could understand what they were saying and the slowness of their processing for the room and their check-in time which should be 2pm because that is what is stated on their site and we can go to the room

Room is clean and the beds are firm. Overall it’s a clean hotel.

在雲林的一個五星級酒店，晚上的show很不錯，演員們都很專業，不糊弄，周邊環境非常好，服務也不錯，停車很方便，來雲林推薦住。

三天兩夜的假期，一切都很棒！

清潔度ok,但設施有點偏舊，吹風機 冰箱設備 有的已經小毀損但位修復

如果重新裝潢會更好，服務人員不錯，跟外面的飯店吃把費晚餐價位不貴，算東西滿好吃的，下午茶可以在那邊聽鋼琴真的不錯👍

離劍湖山遊樂園非常近很方便。

飯店的服務、設施皆很完善；非常適合親子慢活、出遊的遊樂園、渡假村； 雖然在山區，但餐廳、購物也很方便，日、夜皆有讓孩子放電的地方

房間很大很舒服，自助餐很有特色但是種類不多，二樓有兒童遊戲設施可惜時間只到晚上8點就結束了，希望可以在延長

飯店位置就在劍湖山的旁邊，員工態度都很親切，但在內部溝通上可能需要再加強；因為是老飯店，所以，館內硬體設施上也比較老舊些

跟櫃檯反應後，請房務打掃後，還是一樣…有頭髮不太乾淨，或許是連假人太多，難免服務品質比較低，希望下次可以乾淨一點
