One of best owner I have seen.We three sisters travelled to lijiang and my sister got sick. The owner was too kind and helpful enough to bring us to the clinic and hospital in the night. Since we had the language barrier to communicate, she even stayed with us in the hospital to communicate with doctor until my sister got better. She even made porridge for my sister and breakfast for other two of us. Such a kind and sweetheart person we met in Lijiang and very thankful for Thank you for taking care of us like our own parents We will be forever grateful for your help!!

We arrived late at the train station and the host picked us up from the train station within 5 minutes time. We are so surprise of the pick up service provided and the host helped us to carry our luggages and fast check in process within 2 minutes by the host as she knew that we were tired. Room is clean with nice view and excellent facilities provided. Overall highly recommended to everyone.
