Precio calidad fenomenal! Ambiente amble. Necesita alguna reforma.

El hotel está un poco apartado de la calle principal, Yufuin. Envié un correo electrónico para preguntar si era posible hacer el check-in y cenar más tarde, y todo fue prometedor. Fue fantástico tener las aguas termales privadas reservadas al llegar por la noche, para que dos parejas de cuatro personas pudiéramos disfrutar de un momento de paz y tranquilidad con nuestros seres queridos. Las habitaciones están limpias y ordenadas, pero son un poco antiguas. El personal es extremadamente servicial. Nos ayudaron a reservar un paseo en coche de caballos (desde la estación de tren JR), que solo acepta reservas por teléfono o en persona el mismo día, lo cual disfrutamos muchísimo.

Este es un muy buen hotel y el onsen era fabuloso. Disfruto vivir aquí.

La comida es buena. Me encanta la sopa de miso y el arroz.

A large and comfortable room with an amazing view of the sea and sunrise! The onsen too was sea facing which was very calming.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well laid out. Everything was clean and well maintained. The private onsen was spotless and well kept. We could book a slot for free when we check in. We drove and park at the accom. Easy 10-15 min walk to yufuin village without luggage.

Nice and clean stay! The room was extremely large—plenty of space to move around. However, a bit of a downside is that they don’t offer triple occupancy despite the massive room size. The surrounding area is quite sleepy, so it’s best for a quiet 1-night stop. The highlight was definitely the very good onsen!

The hotel itself is a bit older, and you can definitely feel its age in some areas of the property. That said, it still maintains a certain traditional charm. One thing to note is that the location isn’t the easiest to access on foot—you’ll really need a car to get around comfortably, especially if you plan to explore the surrounding area. What truly stood out during my stay was the restaurant staff. They were exceptionally helpful, attentive, and warm throughout my visit. Their hospitality made the dining experience one of the highlights of the hotel. The meals were well-prepared and thoughtfully presented, adding a special touch to each day. Overall, while the facilities could use a bit of updating and the location is best suited for travelers with a vehicle, the kindness and service of the restaurant staff made the stay worthwhile.

Clean accomodaton with nice onsen despite old fashion design, service is good, free shuttle (taxi) to the train station is provided.

Hotel in old style and all other is acceptable and good

Spacious rooms (36m²) and a huge bed. The bathroom was a nice size as well. The #1 complaint was the room was freezing; the bathroom has a window and doesn't seem insulated in any way, the draft definitely came from there. The bath tub room had some hair and dried residue on the floor, wasn't too thrilled to see... The separate toilet room was fine. #2 would be the walk to the hotel, slight uphill (but easy) and maybe 13-17min walk from Yufuin Station [was an enjoyable walk though]. Would recommend if you don't mind the daily walk.

Good location, only around 10 minutes away by car from yufuin flower village. Room very spacious as well. And we got to book private onsen as well. But I recommend the public onsen as they have a pretty view

Very nice hotel! The rooms are big and fun to stay in. The Onsen is pretty good, and since we had a car, it was only 5 min drive to the center of this town. The breakfast wasn't exactly to our liking and they didn't agree to make any changes to accommodate a vegetarian request but not a big deal here. I would come back here if I have the chance.

Good facilities. Offer drop off service to train station upon check out. (I didn’t check if they offer similar service during check in). Very polite staff and good amenities provided.
