Excelente hotel con habitaciones de estilo japonés y zona de aguas termales. Excelente servicio y la cena es deliciosa. Ambiente muy relajante con aguas termales en la habitación. Me encantó.

Really happy to stay at Oyado Ichizen. The hotel provides a traditional tatami-style room with a private onsen inside. The hotel is clean and quiet, and the location is really near to Lake Kinrin. We joined the package with breakfast and dinner, and it was really good and delicious. The staff were also very nice and gave us a warm welcome! Really suggest everyone stay here. You will really love it!

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The food was quite good, with a decent variety of dishes that catered to different tastes. The highlight of my stay was the private hot spring in the room. It was a unique experience to relax in the hot spring after a long day. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the overall experience enjoyable.

We booked the family room, which can fit 6 people to stay. The room was cozy and clear, and we had our own hot bath that's so lovely. The facilities in the public hot bath area are well maintained, clear and open. The breakfast and dinner are dull of supirse. They offering seasonal cuisine menu are definitely mind blow. The staff are cheerful and helpful. They organizeed all my request and make my family trip unforgettable.

The stay was perfect - from the moment of arrival. Staff greeted us at the parking & took our luggage. The room was very clean. All the staff were very friendly & professional. We stayed on a less busy night. The ryokan gave us a sense of tranquility, which is a good place to recharge, especially with the in-room onsen. The breakfast & dinner were excellent. Would definitely recommend this hotel. This hotel is quite high on the hill, best to drive it take taxi.

Onsen was good but food quality & service was not up to standard.

Excellent service from a very nice staff team. All the meals are delicately made. The portion and taste are great. The room is neat and tidy. Private hot spring and shared hot spring are good. The location of the hotel is good, close to the Main Street and walking distance to Kirin Lake.

在由布住一晚温泉旅館是夢寐以求的體驗之一。酒店在山間，金麟湖走過去大約1公里，不過都是向上的山路，幸好行李提前託運了，推着嬰兒車勉強爬上來了。 帶了小孩，所以訂了主樓的套房，空間非常非常大，一個起居室加一個大的卧室，還各自有喝茶看景的區域，大人小孩活動互不幹擾。 房間裏有温泉水引入的泡池，也可以穿過院子去浴場，晚上泡一下或者清晨日出前泡一下都非常愜意。 酒店服務生可以用英語溝通，很方便。晚上十點後他們會回去鎮上休息，所以晚上是沒有服務生的，很有意思。 攜程平台對於日式旅館的一泊二食總是會表述不清，訂單顯示3人餐食，但這家是根據小孩年齡的不同加收不同宿泊費用，2歲的小孩收3300日元但不含餐食，衹有免費的米飯，不過大人套餐裏的東西很足量，煮鍋分一下也足夠吃了。 第二天早上可以在酒店前台訂出租車去車站，退房時間是10點。

유후인역에서부터 걸어 올라가기는 조금 힘들 수 있어요. 산속에 위치해 있어 오르막을 올라야 하고, 짐이 있기 때문에 생각보다 많이 힘든 편입니다. 가능하다면 택시를 타고 이동하시는 걸 추천드려요! 저는 개별 욕탕이 있는 룸을 예약했는데, 너무 좋았어요. 우선 방 자체가 깨끗했고, 탕도 꽤 넓어서 두 사람이 들어가서 온천욕을 즐기기에 충분했습니다. 아기가 있는 경우 아기 포함해서 세 사람도 거뜬할 것 같아요. 냉장고 안에 아사히 맥주와 오이타현의 특산물로 만들어진 청귤 음료수, 그리고 생수가 두병씩 들어가 있고요. 말차와 커피 티백도 준비돼 있어서 차를 양껏 마실 수가 있었어요. 달다구리한 간식까지 테이블 위에 놓여져 있어서 온천을 즐긴 후 당이 떨어졌을 때 당보충 하기 충분했답니다. 체크인은 오후 3시부터, 체크아웃은 오전 10시까지로 시간 칼 같이 지켜지고요. 체크아웃할 때 입욕세를 방 한 개당 500엔씩 받습니다. 가족탕은 예약하고 사용해야 하며 2000엔 부과됩니다. 가이세키는 오후 5시 30분, 오후 6시. 조식은 오전 7시 30분, 오전 8시로 정해져 있어 고르면 되고요. 식사 중에 차가 제공되는데 무료이며 무제한(?)으로 마실 수 있습니다. 조식 때는 드립 커피도 있어요! 부모님과 함께 하는 여행이라 신경써서 골랐는데, 정말 좋았어요. 잘 묵었습니다.

酒店員工十分有禮貌，而且酒店食物很好食。

食物精緻，美味。地址離車站有點遠，建議乘坐的士。員工服務態度好，有禮貌。附近只有一個投幣式汽水機，建議可先買齊所需物品才到旅店。

房間還算可以，陽台設計了個寂寞，也無法跟院子相連，在日本住過的温泉酒店裡全是性價比極低的，四千的價格，也衹有房間裏面和一個小的可憐的公共温泉。 服務員感覺一臉假笑，印度英語口音好難懂，本日本其他地方的服務相比，完全沒有真誠和熱情。下午三點入住，提前到了把行李放過去，感覺老大不願意接待我們。離開時原本就十點退房，結果因為説十點見不到出租車，讓我們九點半就必須離開了。我説可否把行李放酒店我們先出去逛，也被拒絕了。 再説兩餐真的很簡陋，都是用最便宜的食材，牛肉就衹有三塊，真的很表面，也是住過這麼多日本酒店中相對教差的。 整體對於服務和餐飲衹能打及格分。
