Spacious room with everything you need, air conditioner was already turned on for heating, it was nice because the weather got really cold. One thing that was disappointing - noises at the street or above us

Love their open air onsen and the location is just opposite to the train station. If u wish to stay at Yufuin, this place is a good choice with the amount of money they charge for a night as the price of the hotel in Yufuin if relatively more expensive than Beppu. The room is abit dark, during my stay one of the lights is not functioning, but I still think it worth the price and I decided to extend another night here after I checked in.

It's a self-check-in hotel. 1 minute to Yufuin train station! And 7-11 and Lawson are just within 5 minute walk. The room is spacious, the dining table, fridge is good enough for people as well as the microwave that you can enjoy your take away food at the hotel. Also the open air bath is awesome for you to relax after a long day walk! Will definitely go back next time!

This is my 2nd time for my family. The location is great, comfortable and price is acceptable.

Good location. But the cleanliness of the room is lacking. Stain on the carpet and a bit smelly. The room located on the ground floor, and outside air was a bit smelly (maybe close to wastage storage?)

Located exactly in front of Yufuin train station. Common bath area have nice view but need to wait because only one place at rooftop. Self check in with your passport. Overall nice place and value for money.

옥상의 탕이 유후다케 산보면서 멍때리기 좋아요 역이랑 버스정류장도 가까워서 위치상으로는 너무 만족스럽네요 . 아 세탁기 무료라서 세탁 하는거 넘 좋네요

自動check in花了不少時間 可以把SOP寫更清楚一點會完美 其他房間舒適、非常大、可以泡澡超級棒 下次會再來，超級喜歡

透過mail就可以即時聯繫旅館，且可以提早入住，環境很棒，很乾淨、整潔，就在車站對面，怕吵的人不要開窗就好。

由布院駅步行不用一分鐘就到，很方便，但要事前跟酒店電郵或電話聯絡取得房號和密碼才方便，我一早已電郵酒店但也得不到回覆，所以入住程序比較繁複，但5分鐘內都可以完成入住手續。附近有便利商店，但一到晚上17:30後天已黑，街上行人並不多，店舖也陸續關門。
