房間好清潔，服務好好。去到先去浸溫泉，去完就等收call落去食懷石料理，佢提供私人房間，可以慢慢享受，而每道食物也有人介紹。 而食期間，員工會放凍水及添熱水於房間入面，食完入返房又可以嘆下茶。

地點不錯、服務很好，和式床舖睡起來很舒服，開車來會經過一小段熱鬧的街道

위치 서비스 최고의 료칸

Hotel location is quite near the shopping street. It is very convenience. There are quite a lot of hot spring inside. It is clean and tidy. Wifi is very good for me which helps me to work at night even on holidays. Food is good and staff is very polite and helpful. Will come gain or recommend to friend.

와이프와 유후인에 가서 묵었습니다. 프라이빗한 온천도 좋았고, 방도 넓직하니 매우 좋았습니다. 정말 만족스럽습니다.

위치가 넘 좋았습니다. 조용하고 프라이빗하게 온천하며 만족했습니다. 한국어 잘하시는 직원분께서 친절하게 응대해주셔서 불편함없이 편안하게 머물다왔습니다. 다음에 가족들과 함께 재방문하겠습니다

친구랑 저랑 둘 다 따로 검색해보고 마음에 드는 숙소를 보여줬는데 똑같이 이 곳이 나왔어요 너무너무 예쁘고 쾌적하고 친절한 서비스가 무척 마음에 들었습니다:) 하루종일 여독을 풀면서 잘 쉬다 갑니다. 친절한 서비스를 제공하신 직원분들 감사합니다🩷

有私人洗手間，房間很明亮，酒店員工很親切。 提前到達可以寄存行李，到了check in 時間會提前幫你把行李放進房間。 位置:JR 站行過來的確要10分鐘左右。 在主街旁邊的巷子裏～ 作為廣東人，餐飲覺得OK，但沒有很驚艷～ 温泉有2個私湯，2個公共的～ 每個私湯有使用限制40分鐘，不會等太耐～温泉很舒服

百年温泉酒店 體驗感特別好！ 傳統日式榻榻米，一共10間房，小而精緻 管家式服務，我們的管家給我們安排得特別好 雖然不是在房間裏的私湯，但是每一間室外風呂使用時都可以鎖門，和私湯沒有什麼區別了 早餐也特別美味！精緻的早餐，每樣都一小碟，完全不用擔心吃不飽！之後來還是會住！ 下次一定要試一下他家的懷石料理晚餐

由布院太美了，霧氣繚繞的羣山，濕潤植物包圍中洗滌心靈，路邊的各種小花都很美，一定要住一晚，等小鎮安靜下來。酒店無可挑剔，無論位置或服務人員，很認真的介紹酒店每一處。趕上小雨中泡湯，浪漫

우선 직원분들이 너무 친절하셨어요! 성수기인데 가성비도 진짜 좋았고 프라이빗 온천이 방마다 있는건 아니었지만, 친구랑 둘이서 편하게 쓸 수 있었어요 객실도 깔끔하고 넓어요

It is about 10-15 min walk from Yufuin train station to the Ryokan. If you have large luggages, it will be good to call for a taxi, otherwise, it is manageable! We were warmly welcomed by reception staff. They were quick to receive us and took care of our luggages as we were checking in. A tour around the ryokan was also given to us by a staff, Erika-san who took care of us for our 2 nights stay. The room, bathroom and baths were clean and comfortable. Sleep wear was provided and to top up the experience, they also provided Yukatas and footwear for going out. Also, besides providing the showering gels, the vanity table even included some facial and hair lotion. Breakfast was sumptuous and yummy and we had a private room to ourselves. Erika kindly explained to us the dishes in English and offered us with photo taking for memories. (Don’t have to feel awkward requesting). Also, contrary to some reviews, dinner was also splendid and tastes were just right. Ingredients were fresh as well! Worth the dollars and cents! If you are looking at a hot bath, this ryokan has got 3 private baths (2 outdoor and 1 indoor) and 2 public baths (1 for men and 1 for women). Went for the private bath and it felt like it was our own sanctuary as we were undisturbed and were given a time limit of 1 hour 40 min. There were a few staff who are seen around from time to time and they are always polite and helpful. Can’t emphasize enough on their service! A place I will come back to in future!
