El hotel es un hotel normal, hay todo lo que necesitas, una cama grande, una habitación limpia, sockets, un refrigerador, una mesa con café y té, una TV, mi habitación tenía incluso un balcón.

Normalmente no comparto cosas negativas sobre los hoteles en las reseñas; le pasa a todo el mundo. Pero dada la calificación general, que, según veo, no ha bajado durante este tiempo, decidí escribir sobre mi experiencia y advertir a futuros huéspedes. Desafortunadamente, este fue el hotel más asqueroso de mi vida. Lo primero es lo primero: 1) ropa de cama mojada 2) no se registraron durante mucho tiempo a pesar de que había habitaciones libres - bueno, bueno 3) la cama estaba hecha frente a mí 4) vieja, golpeada (literalmente) muebles, pero aún así está bien 5) Me registré en enero, durante un par de días, y mi calefacción no funcionó, hacía mucho frío 6) en la habitación (piso superior) había mala conexión a Internet, tuve que busque el punto donde llegaba 7) en el baño, el toallero se cayó por el peso de la toalla 8) el grifo de la ducha estaba enroscado por un lugar: el regulador de agua - se apoya en la manguera del ducha: el agua no puede fluir normalmente porque hay una restricción 9) hay aire acondicionado, pero no funcionó 10) el hotel estaba en renovación en la planta baja 11) no hay ascensor, realmente ayudé a entregar las cosas - muchas gracias por eso. Pero cuando llegó el momento de bajarlas, mi amigo estuvo mucho tiempo indignado porque había 2 maletas. De las ventajas: 1) ubicación 2) personal generalmente amable Conclusión general: luego, por el mismo precio, se podían alquilar otras. opciones en el centro, si no fuera por las reseñas en la reserva. Parece que no son dos estrellas por 3 kopeks, al menos en el momento de mi reserva. Pero no tuve esa impresión ni siquiera en un hotel de 2 estrellas. Definitivamente no lo recomiendo. A juzgar por lo escrito, existe la sensación de que las reseñas fueron engañadas: a pesar de muchas desventajas enumeradas en las reseñas de la misma reserva, la calificación sigue siendo bastante alta. Es una pena que no haya tomado fotos para adjuntarlas a la reseña.

Upon arrival to Yerevan our driver was directed to an address other the one I had booked with close proximity to Republic Square. Landlord carried our luggage's up from back alley of a restaurant, metal door cement stairs, and showed us his unit trying to promote it. After long arguments we agreed to stay three days. This was my first visit to homeland and it took me time to recover from the shock. At noon and after we checked out, next landlord called to tell us the address is going to be other the one we had booked online too. At this point, it was clear this was organized online hack of system or bookings. I told the landlord we are heading to the booked address to meet us there. We had luggage's and it started to rain. I had to let my daughter watch the luggage's at Republic square and walk to the unit where the second booking was. Two security guards approached us took the phone and gave it back saying you have no booking here. Four hours back and forth with no place to stay and under the rain in foreign land with my husband shivering under the tree and daughter stunned at the unprofessional behavior's of the people who are supposed to be in hospitality business and me running around looking for a place to stay and at the point of giving up, our path crossed with Manager of National Hotel, Sophia. Suddenly, we were at the care of a professional in hotel management and hospitality expert. She matched the price we were going to pay and gave us a unit on the spot. National hotel staff were ready to help us with different services and we settled down at a great location with all the amenities a tourist requires resting and catching up with where we left off. Next think we know, we are on a tour bus, touring the whole city. We met all kinds of people who made a difference. Sophia was the first to remind us that she was there for us if we needed anything. Pleasant to talk to, showed empathy, was responsive to our needs in a way that we decided to stick around and go nowhere else during the term of our visit. Fortunately we were able to cancel our next booking as well which had all of a sudden dropped from the list of ***********. I will follow up and investigate this further but in the meantime I owe Sophia a big thank you. I thank God for this miracle. I recommend the National Hotel and you can depend on it's manager Sophia. You will not be disappointed. Also, don't trust online booking as pictures you see might not exist and alternative solutions might not be what you were promised in the first place. Not all hotels provide same standard of service. We were lucky to end up with one that has high standards to deliver and commi**ent to satisfy visitors. We are forever gratefull. Much appreciated Sophia.

Buena estancia. Hotel era bueno. Cerca del centro de la ciudad. Profesionalismo del personal varía. Las habitaciones estaban limpias. Estaba en una habitación única pero mis habitaciones de amigos se encargan de ellas parece ser la individualidad en cada habitación y suite. La habitación era muy agradable, la habitación era muy buena, la habitación era muy buena, la habitación era muy buena, la habitación era muy buena. Algunas noches no podía dormir debido a las puertas de lanzamiento tienda de granjas cerca y muchos restaurantes bonitos en la distancia de paseo canales de televisión se pueden mejorar con mejores canales de entretenimiento de idiomas inglés

Excellent new build hotel which punches well above its Courtyard label. It offers a very quality of design through its architecture through to the well planned and designed interiors creating a great atmosphere. Friendly and welcoming staff from check in to all F and B offers to check out. Special mention to the Janetta who gave me an excellent massage. Overall, highly recommended when visiting Yerevan.

I would like to highlight how professional your team are Tigran on check in was able to explain the terms and helped us with tour plan, and Anna and Christine whos always approachable. The breakfast team whos always on smile every morning and accommodating, Arthur whos flexible and very helpful. You have an amazing people and they deserve a raise!

Отличный хостел в центре. Доброжелательный персонал. Распечатали посадочный. Завтрак - шведский стол, выше всяких похвал. Можно выпить чай, кофе в течение дня. Есть вода питьевая. В общих комнатах есть занавески на двухярусных кроватях. Чистота в общих зонах. На кухне можно приготовить/разогреть свою еду.

Hotel nuevo a 10 minutos de la Plaza de La República. Habitaciones amplias ,modernas y bien equipadas. Agradecer que el segundo día nos preparasen un gran desayuno para llevar pues salíamos de excursión antes de la hora del desayuno. Recomendable

Este hotel es nuevo, pero la ubicación no estaba en el centro de la ciudad, está a 15 minutos en auto o 45 minutos a pie hasta el centro, sin embargo, hay 5 minutos a pie del metro. La habitación estaba limpia, muy limpia, ¡elogios por su limpieza!, espaciosa y bien equipada. La cama era cómoda y las comodidades proporcionadas fueron muy apreciadas. Reservé una habitación estándar sin desayuno ni comida, así que no hay comentarios sobre la comida. En general, mi experiencia en este hotel es de 4 estrellas, me sorprendió gratamente el nivel de servicio y el alojamiento ofrecido a un precio tan bajo. Definitivamente recomendaré este hotel a amigos y familiares y espero volver a alojarme con ellos en el futuro.

Todo en Kesabella es todo lo que necesitamos en Armenia, nos sentíamos seguros, la habitación tiene todo lo que necesitamos y está a salvo de que sea limpio, el ambiente es muy homicídio, el tiempo en este lugar es muy bueno, la comida era sumamente atractiva, pero asequible. La gente de Kesabella es muy amable, son accesibles y vienen cuando los necesitan más. Durante un mes de estancia en Kesabella, se convirtieron en nuestra familia lejos de casa. ❤️ Madame Maral tiene el mejor jam en Armenia!! ¡No hay duda de que este lugar es nuestro alojamiento! ❤️ El nombre de su hotel es verdadero. Kesa (Casa/House) Bella (bella) ... realmente un hermoso lugar. Consejos: este lugar está a 5 km del centro. Así que prepárate para recoger un taxi, use la aplicación Yandex.
