I had a disappointing experience at Mia Casa Hotel. After check-in, they informed me about additional costs not mentioned in my initial reservation. Breakfast was advertises in their posting and then they wanted to add charge for it. Despite trying to resolve the issue with both the hotel staff and *********** representatives, they were uncooperative and impolite. After two frustrating hours, they abruptly asked us to leave, and to my shock, I later discovered they charged my credit card for a full 7-day stay without my consent. On *********** it is specifically mentioned that the credit card will not be charged and they would have to communicate any charges at the time of checkout. I would caution others about their lack of transparency and poor customer service.

The city of Yerevan was very beautiful with lovely people who doubled the memories of the trip with the hospitality of the staff of this hotel. A very clean hotel, well-behaved staff and a wide variety of breakfast that encourage us to stay in this hotel again.

Hotel was so so, big enough, clean and peaceful, until on the night of our checkout, they have charged us extra 10000amd accusing us of stealing their towels. We asked them to check our bags, which they did, and they found nothing. They then went back saying that they would still charge us the fee or else they’ll call the police; we told them to call ‘em but eventually they didn’t. We’re already out of time for our flight and we felt uneasy because we’re in a different place, so we just let it pass and paid.

Проживали в данном отеле в течение недели. Очень приветливый ,но не навязчивый персонал, (особенная благодарность за отношение т.Карине)! Небольшой,но уютный номерок со всем необходимым! Месторасположение нас устроило!тихий переулок,дающий возможность поспать утром ,когда вокруг уже кипит жизнь. Если нет желания или возможности передвигаться пешком до основных достопримечательностей-Яндекс такси по очень демократичным ценам ! Чуть ниже отеля расположен просто отличный ресторан «old Marani»,с прекрасной кухней,(а нам было с чем сравнить), не плохим обслуживанием и приятными ценами!

Очень милый небольшой отель с хорошей локацией. До пл. Республики 20 мин. пешком, до Каскада- 25 мин. по Саят Нови. Хорошие завтраки: нарезки мясная, овощная, сырная и индивидуальное горячее (каждый день разное) от добрейшей Карины❤. Были проблемы с оплатой нормальной казахстанской картой, но менеджер Каро решил эту проблему. Но слабоват сигнал ТВ, часто отключался.

Очень милый отель, расположение удобное, все в шаговой доступности . Персонал доброжелательный , прям очень. В номерах чисто, завтраки вкусные . Все прям душевно ! Рядом многочисленные ресторанчики , приятный сквер с фонтаном . При этом сам отель на тихой улочке.
