The hotel is situated in a great location, right next to the famous Dong Guang Road. It is also next to the Marco Polo museum and near the Marco Polo statue. From the hotel it is very easy to get to all the attractions such as the slender west lake which is a must do in Yangzhou.
The hotel staff are absolutely fantastic and we were upgraded to a loft suite. They made us feel so welcome and we felt like we were at home. A big thanks to miss Shi Yanyan, Lu Wei and Mr Dong for looking after us and making our trip special. This hotel provided us with exceptional customer service and we highly recommend it.
The loft suite was beautiful with a wonderful river view. The room was very clean, cosy and had great amenities. The loft suite has two bathrooms/ shower rooms, two TVs (one in the living area and one in the bedroom) and Dyson hairdryer.
When we checked out they gave us a very special gift of local sweets. They really are a fantastic team.

I love this hotel with great appreciation. The mansion we stayed was well maintained and looked after. It has a in-house hot spring with a dedicated pool. Th sitting room is large and comfortable. There is a separate yoga room. Nice touch! The best of experience is from its well trained staff. We felt very welcoming all the time.
I have already planned to come back and stay at Slender West Lake Spring Hotel Yangzhou in the coming winter.

The location is super nice , close to a lake. If you are a lover of lakes and ancient China vibes , this hotel is right for you. The hot spring in the room is extremely enjoyable, and the staff was extremely attentive to our every need. They even upgraded our room on arrival.
Two big minuses:
1) the breakfast is really substandard. For the price you pay , I would not expect orange juice from the supermarket , and all the western items were somewhat dissapointing so I sticked to fruits and Chinese items.
2) the vending machines don't sell any water , and I had to walk out of the the room to the lobby in the cold to get water at night.

國慶帶孩子來揚州逛逛，入住的這家酒店精挑細選，雖然位置離景點都有些距離，但是呢揚州不大，打的都很近的，這家酒店的雙人床是1.35的，還有大浴缸和游泳池，設施非常全，房間很大很乾凈，有智能馬桶，酒店非常用心，有舉辦了很多活動，大堂還有扭蛋機離店還可以抽獎。
酒店樓下的新楊記太好吃了，新楊記的揚州炒飯幹香鮮，外面的揚州炒飯都很難吃油膩膩，試了好幾家，又回到新楊記吃揚州炒飯😄
此次入住尤其還要表揚一個服務員，名字叫夏雪，從入住的接待，到後期有困難時的幫助都非常有耐心，情商也很高！真心感謝。

Great hotel with fantastic facilities. The hotel is well equipped and very attentive. Breakfast was alright but possibly needs a little more variety and maybe different cuisine option, for example, western. Overall, very satisfied!

MMurray FamilyDuring our recent trip to Yangzhou, we had the pleasure of staying at the Ramada Encore by Wyndham Yangzhoudong Railway Station. This hotel's close proximity to the railway station made it an ideal choice for us, as we wanted a convenient and comfortable stay.
Upon our arrival, we were immediately greeted by a gentleman who kindly offered to assist us with our luggage. This small gesture set the tone for the exceptional service we received throughout our stay. The staff members at the hotel were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home.
To our delight, our two children were surprised with adorable teddy bears as welcome gifts. It was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture that instantly made them feel special. The check-in process was swift and efficient, allowing us to settle into our room without any hassle.
Speaking of the room, it was clean, fresh, and well-maintained. We were traveling with our two children, and the hotel had already prepared a cot for our daughter, ensuring that everyone had a comfortable place to rest. The room was equipped with a variety of drinks and plenty of water, which was much appreciated after a long journey. The internet connection was excellent, allowing us to stay connected with loved ones.
Throughout our time at the Ramada Encore, what stood out the most was the exceptional friendliness of the staff members. They always greeted us with warm smiles and were genuinely interested in making our stay memorable. Their attentiveness and professionalism truly made a positive impact on our experience.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ramada Encore by Wyndham Yangzhoudong Railway Station. The hotel's convenient location, coupled with the friendly staff and comfortable room, made it a standout choice for us. Without a doubt, we would eagerly choose to stay at this hotel again on our next visit to Yangzhou.

The location is near afew famous tourist street. However, the bus stop to take the bus to the railway station is at a location that requires you to go through one of these streets. The pavement on these streets are uneven and rough, making it difficult for you to move through with your luggage.
Cleanliness:
The room is quite clean. The hairdryer holder have afew strands of hair from previous users but otherwise, no issue with cleanliness. If you click on the switch to request room to be tidied up when you are out, they will tidy up the room for you nicely and even replenish the supplies you’ve used like bedroom slippers, toothbrush, etc.
Service:
The staff are friendly and Informative. They make sure to notify you of where each item you need are located. They helped to store my cake in the fridge for me so that it won’t turn bad during my stay there. If you order delivery, you can request for the driver to place the food on the counter and notify the staff. They will bring the food to your room.
Amenities:
The firmness of the bed and pillows are just right, ensuring that I sleep comfortably. I’m not sure if the hair dryer is legit as I do not own one. The hair dryer makes my hair more dry but it blows dry quickly. There’s no hair condition so please bring your own if needed. I have oily scalp so their shampoo wasn’t too my liking but I do like their shower gel. Their disposable toothbrush is very soft, even sensitive gums can use it. The TV is very big and there are vip subscription for all the Chinese streaming apps, allowing my friend to enjoy her favourite TV Drama series.
Overall, my friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

UUsuario invitadoLa Casa Blossom es limpia, elegantemente equipada y muy bien gestionada por un personal eficiente que ofreció un servicio de atención genuina que nos hizo sentir en casa. Está situado en un rincón tranquilo de un gran compuesto de mercado, con muchos restaurantes, pubs e incluso un Starbucks que se abre hasta las 10:00, y está situado en el lago Slender, que es pintoresco más allá de las palabras. El hotel tiene una habitación de lavandería con un servicio de autoservicio 24-hour, que es especialmente conveniente para nosotros.
Gracias especialmente a Emma y su equipo que nos han mirado muy bien, siempre con un sonrisa, y nada fue demasiado difícil.
Yangzhou es una hermosa ciudad histórica que está relativamente sin arruinar. Es muy rica en cultura y los locales son agradables y amigables. Esta fue nuestra primera visita y nos disfrutamos de nuestra experiencia allí. Volveremos a esta maravillosa ciudad y hotel!

JJojo4The service was outstandingly good, the staff were really friendly and helpful, gave us yogurt and other replenishments each day of our stay. Room was very big and clean, and in the bathroom there is a Dyson hair dryer that dries hair at the speed of light. The view outside the hotel is also amazing.
Very convenient location, 10ish minutes away taxi ride from 瘦西湖 and 大明寺. There is also a nice cafe with a selection of Chinese bakery right next to the hotel, as well as a restaurant and some other stuff that we didn’t get to see(including a hot spring, which we were given free tickets to).
Would definitely choose this hote when we visit Yangzhou again, 10/10 experience.

KKristi MarconiThe resort grounds are beautiful. The room was great with the outside tub. It was very far from town and we could not get a Didi to come there so we had to take a bus to go to splendid west lake. I booked a room that said it came with free flow mini bar, fishing, biking and entry into the wetlands. There was no minibar and when I asked, they brought us two bags of chips and sodas. This is not what I call free flow or a bar. I complained to trip and they eventually sent us a bottle of wine. I never received any info about the fishing or biking, even though I asked. There is no entry fee to the wetlands so I’m not sure why they put this as a perk. Also, the bar out front was closed and the lobby bar only had fruit beer. There was a sign with 20 drinks listed but everything was out. The restaurant was amazing and the most positive experience. Great food and the staff were lovely. Breakfast was awesome. The restaurant had beverages but they do not open until 6 PM. I would not stay here again based on my experience.

El cuarto también es muy limpio y cómodo. Con el mando de control de voz inteligente, es conveniente controlar todos los tipos de aparatos eléctricos en el cuarto. El diseño de la secadora es muy bueno, el baño y el baño no tienen ninguna influencia mutua. YYuntian酒店十分寬敞大氣，房間也大，2米的大床房尤其適合帶小朋友同住，餐廳的套餐味道很好，尤其是紅燒麻鴨凸顯高郵特色，鴨子酥嫩適合小朋友和老年朋友，餐廳經理服務高效態度熱情，酒店對面的清水潭國家濕地公園入園門口，開車過去大約一公里，公園很大，遊玩時間要放寬鬆一點才夠。

UUsuario invitado東門街附近都是衚衕，民宿也在衚衕裏比較有年代感，和我之前住的精品酒店不太一樣，好在位置很好離哪都近，也是看中了這一點，廁所紙建議有條件換個好的，那種老式瓦楞紙真的不太結實，我都是買了兩包紙抽，馬桶套要自己帶，老闆蠻熱情，打掃阿姨也是，有需要都會滿足，空調聲音有些大可能整體看着比較老舊吧，睡眠輕的自行選擇，以上是我住的時候的一些感受
