FINAL VERDICT: Family oriented resort that has everything needed for a family vacation. 3 Line summary - The property is located on a scenic coastside hill, offering views of the East Sea, Seorak National Park, and Sokcho city downtown is a 10 minute drive. Resort is constructed to offer panoramic vistas to guests directly from their room window & balcony. - Resort has everything needed for a familiy retreat. They have a large indoor water park(Sokcho Water Park), 5+ restaurants including one that you can do K-BBQ(Natural Soul Kitchen), large and fun kid’s cafe (Lala Kids Adventure), direct access to East Sea coast and the best Korean seafood shops are within uber delivery distance. They even have a mini golf place. - Lotte Resort Sokcho also offers various family oriented programs that I recommend you check out. We chartered a catamaran yatch and cruised the East Sea, went to a local strawberry farm and harvested a couple baskets, tried Lotte’s cookie house making program which are all available through the resort. WHEN: May 2023 WHO: Family of 3, including a 17 month old daughter WHAT ROOM: Character Suite Room We visited the Lotte Resort Sokcho as a family retreat in May with our 17 month old daughter. The Resort was our top choice because it had all the facilities that one would want one visiting a beach coast resort, and at the same time very family friendly as they provided baby amenities such as baby food, bed, moisturizer etc. We stayed at the Character Suite room, which is a spacious room that features a Lotte themed slide, hide&seek spots and children’s restroom. Our daughter had so much fun in the room - she rode the slide a gazillion times and played hide and seek with us. My wife liked the fact that the room had a good combination of contemporary designs and playful childrens’ furniture, all with safety in mind. Stay at the Lotte Resort was also memorable as we took advantage of the many facilities. On the first day, we went to the indoor Water Park which offered wave riding, a large lazy river, water slides of all sizes and a jacuzzi for relaxing. We headed to the BBQ restaurant (Natural Soul Kitchen) at dinner to charge up and had some fun cooking lobster, beef, pork and lamb racks. The restaurant also offered many Korean dishes that goes well with the BBQ we had ample choice. After a good rest in our beach view room, we headed up to R.9PUP, a pub on the 9th floor as the name suggests. The pub offers a wide range of Korean local brewery at a scenic view of the coastal beach. It was even better as the pub had a family friendly atmosphere where the young ones are invited to play the dart and chill on the bean bags on the terrace. All in all, this is a great one-stop resort that offers great view, nature, variety of dining options, all at the same time running large scale facilities such as the Sokcho Water Park. I definitely look forward to visiting again and with comfortably recommend to families looking for a good time toget

We booked the Premier Suite which have a very good sea view. My family and i felt very comfortable and it comes with 2 bathroom. Love the living room and balcony so much! The downsides are no dryer and cutlery provided.

Era una buena ubicación porque estaba cerca de Sokcho Beach La habitación estaba limpia y no había huelo de cigarrillos. Pero la presión del agua es débil, y si la giras en el agua caliente, no saldrá de ninguna manera. Contacté con el escritorio delantero para repararlo.

Approx 20 mins drive to the Seoraksam National park, location is ideal & good amount of restaurants and cafe around the area. Room not quite spacious since its more narrow to the end. A Small balcony available to enjoy the partial sea view.

Everything was clean and the staff was so polite. They didn’t rush me out of the room. The photos match the actual room so I was happy about that. The pool and views were amazing. Thank you so much. Will come again. I also loved the location as it’s easy for travelers without cars. I didn’t get a chance to have breakfast as I woke up late but hopefully next time 😊

Las instalaciones eran nuevas y limpias, pero el tamaño de la habitación era pequeño. El edificio de oficina en forma de una habitación única parece haber sido cambiado a un hotel, con una cocina, lavadora, secador de pelo TV y lavavajillas de la mano de champú en el baño. (Debería tomar su tobillo de pasta dental.) El secador de pelo no se seca debido al viento caliente, por lo que si lo necesita, por favor tomelo por separado. Hay un parking subterráneo hasta el tercer piso y un parking mecánico, pero en comparación con el número de habitaciones, el parking es ridículomente insuficiente, por lo que es muy incómodo para los que traen un coche a estacionar. Además, el acceso a la playa, el acceso a restaurante es bueno. La mayoría de ellos están a 10 minutos a pie, y las calles están lejos de las calles confundidas, así que el entorno del hotel está tranquilo. Sería agradable referirse a ella y utilizarla.

¡Una habitación frente a Ulsanbawi Rock! La vista era tan buena. Esta es una gran sala para despertarse temprano en la mañana y disfrutar de la vista de Ulsanbawi Rock. Hay muchas cosas que hacer con los niños. ^^

Мы бронировали серебряный номер на 6 гостей, но нам повысили категорию номера до золотого номера. Номер большой, чистый, просторный, на кухне все необходимое есть. Территория очень красивая. Советую!!!!

좋은 점 룸의 구성과 청결도는 괜찮은 편이었어요. 바다가 보이는 뷰도 좋았고, 1층 수영장도 깨끗하고 몸을 녹일 수 있는 시설이 바로 옆에 여러 개 있어서 쾌적했어요. 아쉬운 점 성수기가 아니라 그런지 바를 운영하지 않았어요. 숙소에는 저녁에 칵테일이나 맥주를 마시러 갈 곳이 없었죠. 조식 메뉴가 단품 세 가지밖에 없었고, 이틀 동안 조식을 먹으려니 새롭지 않았어요. 아이들을 위한 식기는 제공해 주셨지만, 세 가지 메뉴 중 아이들이 맛있게 먹을 수 있는 메뉴는 없었어요. 총평 수영장을 제외하면 숙소 내 편의시설이 별로 없다는 점, 조식이 매력적이지 않다는 점 정도를 제외하면 다른 부분은 괜찮았어요. 가족보다는 인구 해변에 서핑하러 가는 젊은 분들, 수영장과 인근 투어를 즐기려는 커플에게는 좋은 숙소일 것 같아요.
