服務很好, check in 前有讓我們用温泉設施
Check out 後也有讓我們用,讓滑雪後的我們一洗疲倦。
⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3/5) Our stay at Hotel Hammond Takamiya in Yamagata was a mixed experience. While the onsen was a highlight, the journey to the hotel and the check-in process left a lot to be desired. First, getting to the hotel was quite challenging. Since there were no available taxis, we had to walk with our luggage, and the steep roads made it an exhausting trek. If you're visiting during winter or carrying heavy bags, be prepared for a bit of a struggle. The check-in process was "online," which might be convenient for some, but as first-time guests, we found it a bit confusing and not as smooth as we expected. Some in-person assistance would have been helpful. The rooms are traditional Japanese-style, meaning futons on the tatami floor. While this is a cultural experience, which I loved, it may not be the most comfortable option for everyone, especially if you're used to Western beds. The best part of our stay was definitely the onsen (hot springs). The sauna and baths were relaxing and well-maintained, making it a great place to unwind after a tiring day. Overall, if you're looking for an authentic Japanese ryokan-style stay with a good onsen, this hotel delivers. However, be prepared for some inconveniences in getting there and navigating the check-in process.
