The hotel is very near to airport with shuttle bus service provided. However, the lighting is too dark

Comfortable luxurious but WiFi didn’t work!! Handy shuttle bus can be found at the top exit… I had a bit of trouble finding it but the kind driver found me.

Nice location. Rather old facilities. Lighting a little odd. Good service, special credit to my pickup driver. Breakfast not worth the high price.

Stayed for a one-night layover - hotel is very close to the airport but unfortunately there aren't really any sidewalks on the way to it so it's not walkable. While we took a cheap taxi, if you contact them they will also send over a shuttle for free. As with everywhere in the area including the airport itself, English was not particularly fluent but some desk staff spoke enough that there wasn't any problem, and translation apps work well now otherwise. The room was huge and everything was clean and pleasant. Zhang was particularly helpful taking up our bags and shuttling us back and forth to the airport which is also the metro stop. Great experience.

The hotel is very close to Zhengzhou airport. They offer a free shuttle service or you can easily walk to the hotel (about 15 minutes). The hotel is well maintained and the service very good. If you need a place to stay close to the airport, I would strongly recommend this hotel.

Booked a non-smoking room but toilet of room had overwhelming smoke smell. Boy found 2 long strands of hair on his bed, which was also rather dusty. Saw holes with ceiling as we walked down corridor to room. Corridor also had smoke smell. But it is probably nearest hotel to airport, and dinner dishes were nice.

Airport transfer Arrangements are very good service, send my lost baggage from hotel to airport timely.Best choice to take airline

Location and the airport transport is the only advantage in my opinion.

Room is very clean and location is located less than 5 mins away from the airport. Mr Zhang (driver for shuttle to airport) is also very helpful and friendly when driving me to the airport. Arrangements for the shuttle service is also very quick.

The hotel even provided us shuttle to the airport. Amazing and understanding staff. I would say that carry some good cash since they charge quit high security deposit. They will return it the same way you pay. I paid through card so it came back 4 days after I returned home.

The location is perfect for me to take the middle night flight, free shuttle bus service is brilliant. All the staff were super friendly, they made my trip much easier, I am very happy with their service and will definitely stay there again.

Our family of 5 people had a great experience to stay at this hotel. We booked two rooms of our stay. The rooms are specious and comfortable. The location is great. Their service was excellent. Everyone who works at the hotel is nice,polite and friendly. They also have free transportation service to the airport and it is very convenient and helpful. I will definitely come back again in the future. Besides, the price of the hotel is very reasonable. It is a great value for the price. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to stay near the airport. You will have a comfortable stay and pleasant experience.
