El hotel es bonito, se descansa bien, lo malo es que nos dieron un cuarto para fumadores, el corredor olía horrible, me levanté con dolor de garganta, deberían preguntar si fumamos o no antes de dar un cuarto, es lo único malo que ví, ya que el personal es amable y todo es limpio

This is my 4th booking in 3 years. Every time I'm flying to Zhengzhou, I will stay here when I need to be close to the airport. It is superb and their staff is always so friendly and helpful, especially staff #002. There's an airport shuttle too as always. The windowless rooms might be a little claustrophobic so try to upgrade. The rooms with windows are a lot better. My most favourite thing about this hotel is the warmed toilet seats and built in bidet because washing my bottom is of utmost importance 🤣🤣🤣 Hence, I'm always back without a second thought.

I booked room without window. Think it's the most common room, overall the room is good excepting the room attached with own dedicated storage space? Initially i thought it's a connecting door to the next room but it's not. Personally feels abit creepy, other than this all is good. The hotel do provide free shuttle bus to airport.

There is a hotel next to this hotel and the driver mistaken took us to the wrong hotel. Luckily, it’s just next door. The checkin process is very fast. The room is an open concept, hence there is no door to the toilet - no privacy. The shuttle bus service to the airport is good and convenient to bring us to airport as our flight is an early flight. The restaurant at the hotel doesn’t seem to have anyone. When asked the hotel staff if they have restaurant serve dinner, the staff recommended to go to the nearby shops that is within walking distance. We have walked around the hotel and found a stall that has quite a few people and went to try the food. The food is nice and cheap, RMB99 including a bottle of beer. The food portion is huge and more than enough for 3 persons.

Not too many food options no coffee in the room they were no drinks in Fridge

Room rates are affordable yet room amenities are superb 👌 friendly and accommodating staffs from front desk, hskp, restaurant and driver 👌 What I didn't expect? 1. Early check-in without fees (usually kasi in Pinas may fees for early check-in and late check-out. I arrived 2 hrs earlier tanong ko kaagad sa front desk if I can check-in early ang sagot Keyi👌 without additional fees 2. Airport Pickup and Drop Off for Free 3. Clean, comfy and spacious room. Ofc, very tahimik ( I didn't feel winter inside napaka warm) 4. Lahat automatic like switch, 🚽 etc (expected sa China) 5. I only paid it for only 163rmb (around 1,300 php very good deals right? Kala ko just a very normal rooms but it was beyond my expectations 6. Breakfast for only 16rmb unli buffet (around 125php sulit na sulit ) 7. There's a gym inside, nearby supermarkets, near the airport and more.... I leave a thank you letter in my room upon checking out for my friend. Dunno if the hotel staff will contact the person, I just wanted to surprise him since I'm returning back to my country today. I'll definitely comeback in Zhengzhou and will stay again at Shi Hang Hotel 👌

Gym is ill equipped. Room heating was not working

Nice hotel close to the Airport, perfect for few hours sleep .

The airport service is good. Make a call and wait for the pick up. Except for a bit of smoke smell occasionally, everything is good. We didn’t have meal there. There are lots of food at street nearby.

The room has a back door which is scary because it's glass and bad people might use it as access to enter your room. But the good side is it's near the airport and has airport shuttle 24/7

No place for hanging clothes in shower room. Bath towels have a metallic smell. Hair on the bed. Overall ok for the price and short duration and shuttle to airport.

I needed a hotel near the airport for a late night arrival. It did the job at a reasonable price - had to take a cab though, it's quite a way from the arrivals hall. Everything was 'OK'.
