AC was not working and the room became really warm. Asked for help from hotel and they sent 2 fans at 1.30am.  Technician came but was not able to fix the issue.  We slept through the night uncomfortably.

Room is crowded Dryer doesn’t work well, after long time drying the clothes in the machine ,we end up hanging them in the room to dry by itself . Not a first rate hotel, some average hotels offer better bedding and food.

Very good hotel with convenient location. Shopping area is just one block away.

This is a very nice hotel right one of the best parts of Xining for restaurants, malls, coffee shops, etc. The pool was fun for the kids (though the water was cold). Breakfast was very good and the rooms were nice.

Would like to give a special thanks to front desk Vita Xiao and Diva Tang and the others for their consistent assistance and help during our stay.

Best location, very friendly staff, we booked one night on this platform, and needed to extended our stay for one night, the front desk staff (Ms. Xiao) gave us the best rate and even an upgrade, very impressed with their service standard

Clean and comfortable rooms as well as common areas. Convenient location (close to shopping mall, railway station and the amazing museum about ******* culture). Caring and foreigner-friendly staff. During winter, the room was quite hot and the aircon did not work. Opening the window helped a bit.

First time in Xining and didn’t know what to expect. Staff were warm and pleasant. Room was really toasty and I wished the aircon could be switched on at night as the room became really stuffy and hot, especially with thick duvets. Breakfast was good. Thank you.

Room is nice

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff, clean and big rooms. Good breakfast.
