Hotel excelente! Limpísimo, muy cómodo, personal muy amable, un desayuno muy bueno y una habitación amplia, nueva y muy confortable!

Los servicios son buenos y hay cuarto de lavado. Puedes pedir que te lleven al aeropuerto. ¡Los extranjeros también pueden visitar aquí!

Reservamos dos tipos de habitación: habitación (cama tamaño queen) y habitación familiar Deluxe. Ambos tipos de habitaciones están limpias y nuevas. El personal es muy servicial y amable. El desayuno está estandarizado. Impresionado con artículos de tocador de calidad. ¡Muy recomendable! 👍🏻

Hotel staff very friendly and extremely patient in helping us solve our internet problem. Breakfast was nice, although not much variety.

Was told I am given a free room upgrade, but honestly I can't tell the difference. Also the room in the listing image was larger and brighter but the actual room I received was extremely rather grim looking, not to mention it doesn't even look like half the room size in the listing image. I also can't seem to adjust the aircon temp as it will remain at room temperature no matter what I set, however xining is quite cooling in general so it's still acceptable. In the room I was give, the glass panel at the washroom side had a severely cracked side which seem like it will break if I had closed the glass door too hard. I took a video immediately before using the toilet in case it really does get shattered, but luckily it did not Very unsafe nevertheless. The shower was the worst, every night I had to gamble if it will be cold or scalding hot water. I set the shower value slightly towards the warm side, and the water became scalding hot within seocnds, and if I move it to the cold side, it became freezing cold within seconds. Even if I set it exactly in the middle, it will give me either one of the extreme temperature. Had to keep adjusting from hot to cold so that it stay at a comfortable and safe temp range. The toilet bowl flush in a very stupid manner too, by first flooding the bowl from bottom up, this means that if you took a dump and it's a slightly sticky one, it's gonna stick. The electric kettle was so noisy when turned on that it sound like a train passing right beside my room. And speaking of noise, the sound proofing of the room was one of the worst of every single hotel I stayed in before. You can literally hear new occupants dragging their luggage or family chattering non stop right after they exit the lift. FYI, my room was literally the furthest away. Every time your neighbors from 3 room away turn on their tap water, you can hear it, even if that's like 4am in the night. The hairdryer is a safety hazard too. Tried to use it once and after plugging in and turning it on, smoke immediately came oozing out of it, so I immediately switched it off and remove the plug. Never used it since. Oh yes one last thing I have to say is that as a hotel PLEASE NEVER USE MOVEMENT OR VOICE CONTROLLED LIGHTINGS. While I wash up every day, I had to keep waving my hands like an ***** every few minutes in order to prevent the lights from going out. The detection is sooooo off that unless there's a huge action at the correct spot, it will not turn the lights back. This was absolutely annoyance. However the things I mentioned above are although not welcomed, but can be tolerated. Personally, the only thing I really love about this was the free tea. And that is also a highly recommended must try. I believe that's ******* black tea which is also a local specialty. I regret not trying earlier because at the latter of my trip, I no longer pass by stores that sells ******* black tea. Recommendation to the hotel is include a way to buy some of this tea. Overall, I will only recommend the hotel to someone who do not have any other choice or have a lower budget in mind.

The hospitality of the hotel is good. Only I recommend the morning breakfast can accommodate for western style breakfast such as corn fakes, cold cut n cheese.

Nothing but amazing! The hotel is clean and the staff are really nice! The room that I got is spacious and the bed is very comfortable! Highly-recommended! The location is also near to the railway station and there are a lot of shops nearby! It's also beside the Bank of China! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

不錯的一家酒店，距離高鐵站近的很，還有自己的停車場，酒店旁邊就是天貓養車呢。酒店外面不起眼，進去讓人耳目一新。前台服務非常熱情，送了歡迎果盤（貪吃的忘了拍照）酒店員工貼心的送我到房間，還耐心的講解房間設備如何使用。房間特別乾淨温馨，床躺上去舒服的不得了，枕頭軟硬隨便挑着用，配放的沐浴洗髮香香的，還有身體乳哦。對了，還送了早餐，是自助的，菜品也多，口感不錯。沒有想到的是，餐廳大姐的服務都那麼好。真心推薦這家酒店！！
