酒店訂時候看了評分挺好，但入住後還是差距很大，老闆説正值旅遊高峯，酒店入往很高，房間打掃很着急，出現房間入住燒水壺內還有茶葉泡着，衞生間比較舊，籠頭也是不太靈活，老闆人還是很客氣，服務還是不錯，有問題就馬上解決，但是有些房間陳舊也無法改變，應該需要裝修下

到小金臨時決定住一晚，節假日酒店太搶手，小金酒店價格翻倍也很嚇人。看到這家評分不錯迅速預訂最後一間。停車方便，酒店位置離城中心有距離，去吃飯順便散散步也沒多大問題。
訂了豪華雙床房，結果在底樓，且窗户在走廊上。怕悶沒關窗，但房客友好，基本沒什麼噪聲（感恩）
房間外面有露台，入住後好運氣看到了彩虹，看了二三樓的房間景觀應該不錯。
床鋪乾淨，房間裝修簡單乾淨，進房間後有一點異味，但問題不大（不是那種臭）空調效果好。
水好像壓力不夠，但影響也不大。

La habitación es nueva, el cama confortable y el supermercado general es una experiencia muy satisfactoria. Conveniente de transporte, la puerta puede estacionar. Además, el hotel me ha dado la sensación de casa fuera: ambiente cálido y familiar, y servicio de espera completo y cuidadoso. Si tengo una oportunidad, escogeré aquí.

CCKWe were supposed to stay in one of the accommodations in Scenic Area Shuangqiao Valley but the plan fell apart when we learnt that we'd be locked inside throughout our stay due to entry ticket requirement and we're not allowed to drive our car in
Out of desperation, we booked a room in this homestay and it turned out to the one of the most memorable stays we've ever had. Unlike typical hotels and homestays, this one stood out for their unique character and warm hospitality
The room we stayed in was warm and cozy, immediately making us feel at home. Winter at Mount Siguniang was as magical as ever, with bright sunshine during the day and peaceful evenings. We spent time in the tea area of our room, sipping tea, chatting, and enjoying the stars. It was a perfect mix of relaxation and comfort. This was made possible with a very high standard of hygiene and cleanliness not only of our room, but the building as a whole
Dining experience was exceptional. Breakfast included freshly baked highland barley breads and plain but comforting congee that warmed our hearts and stomachs. The meals were thoughtfully prepared to suit our preferences, making us feel as though we were dining at home. Sister Chin's generosity and attention to detail extended even to helping us with laundry, ensuring every aspect of our stay was smooth and enjoyable.
Best part of our stay would be the gather round fireplace in the lounge at night. Our hosts prepared hot tea and we chatted away the entire night.
This off-season visit felt even more comfortable than a peak-season trip, and we are so grateful for the hospitality that made this journey perfect. The family’s warmth and sincerity made this a once-in-a-lifetime experience, far beyond what we ever expected from a homestay.

The staff gave us a warm welcome and provided excellent service throughout our stay. As soon as I got off the car in front of the property, a staff member helped carry my luggage and escorted me to the accommodation. They thoroughly explained all the details about the property, which was very helpful. The staff spoke English fluently, so there’s no need to worry about communication, and they made every effort to understand our needs. I arrived in the afternoon, so I took some time to rest and recover from the travel fatigue.
The room was clean and spacious. I chose a twin room, and the size was perfect for two people. The room was fully equipped with amenities such as drinking water, a hairdryer, and toiletries (the soap smelled amazing!). The bed was clean, soft, and very comfortable—it kept me warm and cozy even though it was around -4°C outside. The floor had a heater, and the staff made sure to explain everything clearly. There were extra blankets provided in the bedside cabinet and two types of indoor slippers available. The room also had a water heater, which worked perfectly.
For meals, there’s a dining area downstairs. The food was delicious and served in generous portions. The hot tea was particularly delightful, and they also offered a variety of coffee and other drinks to choose from. I highly recommend trying the hotpot here—it was incredibly tasty! The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and paid great attention to detail.
One of the staff members, who might also be the owner, kindly arranged a taxi for us to visit Shuangqiaogou. They also helped us book transportation back to Chengdu, with an additional service fee of 10 yuan per person. They were so thoughtful and accommodating! I was genuinely happy with my choice to stay here, and there was nothing disappointing about the experience. It was worth every penny and exceeded my expectations in every way. I even met many Thai travelers during my stay, so it was lively and far from lonely!
If you’re unsure about staying here, I highly recommend this place—you won’t regret it. I truly hope to return someday! ＜3

El hotel no estaba en el centro, pero el hotel nos ofreció la transferencia con el conductor muy amable.
El hotel tiene tantos lugares de fotografía pintoresca y escena para nosotros tomar muchas fotos.

MMLtravel我們選了雙橋溝景區裏面的民宿！因為我們要三點之後到景區；提前跟酒店約好在景區門口接載我們！到達後上房眼前一亮；整個房間都很有設計感，木器家具感覺很時尚；泥水牆身感覺很舒服跟大自然融合！房間內有兩個大玻璃窗能看見對面雪山！在房間坐在椅子上看著對面雪山很心曠神怡！我個人覺得房間能多一張凳子就更好了！這裡上雙橋溝景區很方便；在門口就可以直接坐觀光車上到最高處紅杉林再慢慢玩落去其它景區點！我們很幸運遇上佈滿雪的雪山，在每個景區都流連了一些時間，玩得太盡興也太疲累！返到民宿躺在床上看着雪山放鬆疲累，真的感覺很酷！酒店服務很好經常有短訊提我們一些事項！還幫我們提超重的行李上房間和上落汽車；小馬和小李對我們的查詢很幫忙！餐廳的小哥哥給我們弄咖啡還會拉花，很棒啊！我們一邊喝着咖啡一邊看雪山覺得太讚了！將來有機會再來四姑娘山的雙橋溝會再入住也會推薦給香港的朋友。

The entire area is under development and construction so there is no charm surrounded by dust, debris and construction materials now. I guess it will take about another year before all development is complete.

La ubicación es excelente. El punto de escena de Shuangqiaogou está a una distancia de paseo, así como un gran supermercado donde puede comprar frutas y lo que necesite. Tienes que llevar un taxi a los otros dos puntos de escena, pero no es problema. El restaurante del hotel ofrece un restaurante con una gran variedad de restaurantes a pie.

The room itself was incredibly spacious and spotless, with a very effective heating system that kept us cozy throughout our stay.
What truly set this place apart was the owner's exceptional hospitality. They were incredibly helpful and enthusiastic, going above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. They provided excellent recommendations for sightseeing around the town, suggested good restaurants, and even helped us coordinate and book all our taxi trips. They even printed some documents for us free of charge and were always happy to assist with any needs we had, no matter how small.
We felt so well taken care of during our stay. If you're looking for a hotel with breathtaking views, comfortable accommodations, and outstanding service, look no further!

We choose this one based on on the heating floor and oxygen generator availability however, may be i miss the part where it say that i have to pay to use the oxygen generator, i mean i really didnt read it they mentioned it and if they not i wish they were anyhow the room was clean and all.the plce have a cat, once again didnt read if it not state there i wish it was since we have someone who allergic to cat traveled with us. The heating floor wasn’t consistant as in some part were not heat and some are not heating properly and may be also out fault that we left our luggage lay on the floor, one of my friend skincare tube poped luckily it was in the ziplock bag.the surroundinf area were nice. The room take sometime to warm up.the bathroom is super cold!

Pero cuando entró en el hotel, estaba caliente, y la hermana de la recepción me trajo un café caliente. Dejé que me despacio lentamente. El servicio del hotel es realmente muy intimidad, completamente más allá de las expectativas, hay que alabarse, los lechos del hotel son muy cómodos, la boca está preparada para dos tipos de duro y suave realmente intimidad!
