Tried out this hotel seeing a lot of great comments and it doesn't disappoint. The staffs are very friendly, helpful and go beyond to assist with whatever support our families needed and questions I asked. 😉 Love their always smiling and down-to-earth attitude. When they knew that am on the way (in a late night), they even got ready the room with nice cool air-cond to welcome me given a short notice! Really love their cozy, clean and wonderful room. Thank you to the auntie who always making sure our room is clean every other day too! The location is great! It's quiet even though it's near to university's hostel. Convenient to go anywhere via e-hailing. There're a lot of eateries nearby to explore too. One area I hope that the hotel can improve on is to restrict smoking in public areas such as corridor and lift. Thank you for providing a great place for our family to stay in Xiamen.
