Un Shangri-La sorprendente, tres estrellas para el desayuno y el chico cariñoso del puesto de fideos. Sin mencionar la ubicación geográfica, está lejos del centro de la ciudad y se centra en la playa de la montaña Guanyin. Se dice que está muy cerca de la playa, pero resulta que se tarda unos diez minutos en cruzar la calle. y no hay autobús lanzadera. La playa clave está casi subdesarrollada y casi no tiene instalaciones de apoyo. Reservamos dos habitaciones, con la esperanza de organizarlas juntas, pero un hotel tan grande ni siquiera podía hacer esto. Cuando nos registramos en la recepción, un miembro del personal masculino con un traje ***** que parecía ser el llamado gerente se negó a hacerlo. resolvió el problema de frente, cuando solicitamos que las habitaciones se organizaran juntas, se vieron obligados a pagar más para mejorar sus habitaciones Horizon Club con vista al mar para que pudieran organizarse juntas. No nos ascendieron y nos ubicaron en dos pisos. , lo cual fue extremadamente decepcionante. Nuestra habitación con vistas al mar tampoco se podía ver desde la habitación. Tuvimos que acercarnos a la ventana e inclinar el cuello para ver el mar. Originalmente vine aquí por la marca, pensando que no sería tan malo, pero realmente me engañaron. No lo elijas. Es un inconveniente para salir, la habitación no vale el precio, no hay cafetera de cápsulas. y no hay ningún baño inteligente.

The hotel is absolutely awesome, everything was perfect during our 2 night stay. We like the buffets very much. Current price 159 RMB for lunch buffet, 199 RMB for dinner buffet. Both incl. drinksI reduced only 1 star for location as it is located in a kind of business area and currently a huge construction site is blocking the view to the sea. The guanyinshan beach is approx. 1km walk and also not so beautiful these days. Maybe also due to construction which is nearby. Huangcuo beach is much better.

Disappointing given the price. Great facilities for kids, including kids club, excursions and a large swimming pool. Special thanks to Kenny at the pool who was friendly and fun practicing swimming with my children. The check in experience could be improved. We arrived at 2pm (the designated check in time) and were told we had to wait 'a little while' for our room. Eventually two hours later the room was ready. Staff didn't apologise or do much to help - just told us to go have a coffee. A waste of time we should have been able to use the room we paid for. The club floor is also very disappointing in terms of the food and beverage offerings and especially how it becomes completely overwhelmed at peak times (happy hour for example). The staff try their best, but the environment becomes chaotic and filled with rubbish, people grabbing massive piles of food (much of which is wasted), and it's very hard to get a cold drink. Maybe not worth the extra cost if you are looking to relax. Finally the hotel overlooks a bridge construction yard with trucks rumbling and steel being erected all night.

They took a long time to get our room ready it was around 4pm before we could get the room card. The photography service was good but the photos were so expensive. Average experience.

Wonderful hotel, breakfast and dinner are fantastic! Amazing view from room! Staff are very friendly! I celebrated my birthday in hotel, was so happy that hotel prepare surprises for me!

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at! My daughter absolutely loved the NX Kids Club and had an amazing time at the hotel. Front desk staff Yulia (小杨) was incredibly helpful. She arranged special meals for my 2-year-old daughter and assisted us with many requests. The hotel is very close to the beach, and the rooms are spacious and clean. All the staff are extremely friendly, they would rush to help us with our luggage every time they saw us carrying too much. It was a truly remarkable stay. We will definitely stay here again next time!

Wonderful stay at Shangri-la Xiamen, room is clean and the team is amazing from counter to room service. Special mention to Floor Manager Ryan, Kelvin, Harry, Yulia and the service staff taking care of 3 rooms at level 12. The photo taking makeovers by Sky, photographer and makeup artists make the experience comfortable and satisfying. My kids love the beach experience and the safety precaution asserted at all time. The attentiveness is outstanding. Amazing work.

Yulia provided outstanding service throughout our stay. She was professional, attentive, and genuinely caring, always anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. Her efficiency, positive attitude, and attention to detail made everything run smoothly and made us feel truly welcomed. Yulia is a great asset to the hotel, and her dedication to guest satisfaction really stood out!!
